Sam and Jose were fantastic they did everything and stuck with me until perfect I love my geek squad and also my Sony TV.

We can't give high enough praise for the team who came and installed our new TVs. The local installer was ill so this team drove over an hour to ensure we had installation as scheduled. It was a difficult instalation but they worked tirelessly with us to ensure we were happy. Definitely 5 stars!

Brian and his colleague (apologies but I do not recall his name) from the Springfield, VA location were great. They were prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely use them again. The mounted our 75 inch tv in less than 10 minutes and Brian had some great recommendations for our family room downstairs.

People were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and even though they did not install my TV to a wall (part because I didn't want to and I wasn't sure if I could be able to), they were very willing to assist with making sure that the TV was good and ready before leaving.

Just what I was looking for. Geek Squad did an efficient job of installing.

Seeing as I was simply replacing an old tv that had been mounted here before, and all they hd to do was moun the new one, they did a fine job. I was able to do other things while they did it.

Ryan and Anthony did an awesome job mouthing the TVs. Explain everything they were doing; shared knowledge to ensure we get the best experience. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up as they went. Great customer service

This is the 2nd time I have had Geek Squad install TV's in my new home for a total of 3 TV's. Geek Squad always stays in contact leading up to your appointment time. When installing the tv, they are accurate and take the time to make sure the job is done write. All while cleaning whatever mess they made up and being friendly. I will continue to use Geek Squad for everything installed in my home.

Quick and efficient, they cared for my house and belongings. I've used them twice and still use them again.

BestBuy contracted our installation service to a third party so installation could occur a week sooner than their installers. Thus while under the BestBuy umbrella this was not a direct Geek Squad service. The third party installers were great and the installation went flawlessly. Very happy with the service and getting things installed within a week of purchase.

Excellent job. The installers were very professional. I was informed of the arrival time and they showed up as stated. Everything went well and they did not leave until I was fully happy. Took the time to show me how to operate the entire system.

The Geek Squad guys were here on time, went right to work and within minutes my 75 inch tv was mounted and fully hooked up to my existing surround sound through a new receiver. All features were demonstrated and explained to me!

The installation of our wall mounted TV went very smoothly. Alex was very professional. He contacted us prior to arrival and arrived precisely on time. He was very careful, courteous and knowledgeable. Our TV was up and running very quickly. Great service.

Our installers Will Johntry and his Assistant Mica were Fantastic. Neat, well mannered and very efficient. Their Professionalism was just what we had hoped for. Will even said we could call him if we had any questions...It took three weeks to finally get everything installed, 12 hours of waiting with minimal communication, that is until Will did our install, once again a great Geek Squad expierence!

Work was all done correctly, looked professional. They mounted and added a power source wall kit to hide the wires. You could do it yourself but if you aren’t inclined to do that sort of thing this is a good option. Be aware they charger you to mount it. Then again to install the kit on top of paying for the kit. If you are a total tech support member it is nearly half off.

The Geek Squad guys are definitely the "heroes" of this install. They got it all installed, set up and working very quickly. The wall mount would've have taken me all day and they had it up so fast and made it look so easy! So glad I had them do this work.

The local technical team did a very good job mounting and setting up television and other devices. Same team came out and replaced the first television and displayed the same level of quality service and professionalism.
