Geek squad came in and installed my TV and briefed me on its functions for optimizing my TV watching experience. Thank you, geek squad!

The agents did a perfect job mounting my TV! They were professional, clean and quick. So sorry my free installation has ended, but will have Best Buy install any items in the future.

The crew, two guys, were great and very professional. I'm happy I used them to install my new TV. They were able to reuse my old mount and got the centering of the new unit perfect.

Great Service by the Geek Squad, I had purchased an out of Box Sony Top of the Line MINT! I picked it up at the store, as the store gave me no alternative. Took it home, had my knee Replacement surgery and then call the Team up and they came out and mounted the 65" in our Bedroom, but alas the Store had put the wrong remote for my $3700 TV in the Wrapping, so I called customer service about the Remote and told them I couldn't walk yet, would they mind sending it to me, but they couldn't do that, so I purchased a new Remote from Remote.com and when it arrived I called Team Geek out again so they could turn on the Tv and finish setting it up fo me. It looks swell now, and while I still have things to hook up the Picture is Great. 3 stars for BB Phone Customer Service for fighting me all the way till I just gave up. But the TEAM Geek that came out did an 12 Star job. This is the second time I have used them, they even hid the wiring.

Well mounted, and works well. The technicians worked diligently and smoothly and got my large tv safely up on the wall and the mount works LIKE MAGIC!!!!

The 2 Squad members were very professional and worked diligently until the mounting of 2 TVs was complete. They were helpful in letting us know what they advised for an over the fireplace mounting of a 65-inch TV and also very neat with their work in our Brand New Home. Also very knowledgeable with the products from Best Buy.

As always, very professional. Took care in finding the best secure place on my wall to hang TV. Gave instructions on how to adjust the TV. They were pleasant and friendly and arrived on time.

Sean and Patrick were very professional and personable. They did an excellent job setting up our tv, mount and speakers. Thye were so helpful and took time to explain everything to us.

They had my TV mounted in less than an hour and were very knowledgeable. No need to read instructions.

So the crew arrived on time the first install but having to replace the first TV for another on due to manufacture issues I needed another install day. Second time around the came late and actually cause damage to one of my home theater speakers that wasn’t even part of the install, and scratched the TV they were taking back. I did get reimbursed for the damage caused to my property by the insurance company but not without going through hurdles.

Everything was top notch. The price, the TV, the wall mount and installation was perfect. No complaints…

My Frame TV was mounted quickly and efficiently and the walk-thru lesson on how to use was very helpful! Excellent, friendly technicians who kept me informed prior to and during appt.

Jim was great! However the rest of my experience with Best Buy was terrible - both in store and phone. Quite possibly the worst customer experience ever. People gave me misinformation - repeatedly; people repeatedly lied when telling me I would be called back; one in store person was shockingly rude...and this is upon my first meeting him and giving him background (which he requested)...I didn't know him, had no experience with him, was simply telling him what had happened and he was grossly unprofessional; it took from my orginal PAID order on Jan 1, until Feb. 2 to get my TV installed...after two no-notice cancellations. Beyond terrible.

The young man who installed my monitor did it quickly and explained clearly how to run this thing. I’ll only use it to project reference photos for painting landscapes. I can mirror off my cell phone or use a thumb drive. I didn’t feel like a technology idiot!

The guys did a wonderful job installing my two new TV's. Connected to all my equipment and soundbar and everything works so well. So much better than when we did it ourselves last time... Can't speak highly enough of the two guys that did the work. Thanks!

Excellent install - the plug in the wall was there but the electricians had failed to connect it to the box. I got two extension cords because I wanted to make sure the TV would work, very knowledgeable. They said they would come back if I needed them t!

Jonathan was very professional and nice. He talked over with me what he was going to to. We decided together where the TV should be placed. He spent time showing me different features the TV offered. He's a nice guy!!

Moves easily, turns sideways at a great angle so we can watch from another room and also tips the screen changing the up and down angle from increments of 65 degrees to 120 degrees. The installers did a great job of removing the old mount and installing this new one. The only downside is the price!

The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because Best Buy had two different installation appointments for the same day. That was a waste! One crew could have mounted both TVs during the same visit. However, both crews were very professional and proficient in what they do. You could not ask for better service!
