Well mounted, and works well. The technicians worked diligently and smoothly and got my large tv safely up on the wall and the mount works LIKE MAGIC!!!!

This task would have been very difficult for me. A geek squad team came and knocked it out in minimum time. I wish the initial appointment window was more precise. But I'm very satisfied with the install and service.

Ed and Marcus did a great job! TV works beautifully with our complicated audio system. They are thorough, knowledgeable, on time, follow social distancing and cleaning protocols, and leave work area just as neat and clean as it was when they arrived. The two agents that did the work were great. Very neat and knowledgeable. My home theatre receiver had an issue. They tried very hard to trouble shoot the problem. Unfortunately the component had a terminal issue and I had to buy another one. They came back in a few days and got everything running perfectly.

The install went very well from the get go. The techs were very professional from the time I received the call to confirm the install and continued even after they left. The techs were precise in measurements and provided answers, suggestions and explanations when needed. Definitely a must when your not too sure if you can tackle the task yourself.

My installers were extremely professional and courteous, and did the job very quickly, especially compared to how long it would have taken me! The install was pretty straightforward for them, and they hooked everything up and tested it out. Everything went very smoothly, great job! Very satisfied.

Outstanding job. Perfect mount to the wall of a large screen monitor. Very grateful for such beautiful work and choice of mount that allows easy access to pulling monitor away from the wall to allow changing HDMI inputs and pushing it back to be flush with the wall.

I have been a customer of Best Buy for years. I had Geek Squad install home alliances, entertainment systems, you name it. Rowel and Matt have to be the best Geek Squad that has ever come to install anything. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and are perfectionists. There aren't enough words to explain how amazing their services were today. They are the type of people that makes you keep wanting to shop at Best Buy.

The service man showed up on time as promised. They knew exactly how to install the TV with the sound bar and did an excellent job mounting both. They explained how do you use the items that I had purchased and went over the remote control with me.

Once the mount was installed they even mounted my sound bar at no additional cost.
