The guys were friendly and set up the tv in a few minutes. Also gave us tip on how to care for the tv, clean up after themselves left nothing behind. I am very satisfied with the service.

Alex was excellent. The team that came to our house was very good at their job. They were very respect of our space and the hygiene they took their shoes off they were very knowledgeable and did swiftly did everything. The Geek Squad brought our new TV and installed it which was a wall mount. They were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. This is absolutely the way to go. They were in an out in a short time. They showed me the different aspects of the TV and how to operate it. Their service has us sold - way to go Geek Squad!

Best Buy agent’s adjusted the wall mount and installed the 85” TV in a timely manner. They were polite and respectful of my property. They also cleaned up after the install. I am very pleased with Best Buy.

The agent arrived at the time scheduled, was pleasant in appearance and manner, and was professional in his work. I have had an annual contract with the Geek Squad for many years and have always been completely satisfied with their service.

I love the Geek Squad for installations. That being said...I have the total tech support which has significantly raised its prices over the last few months without warning. It used to be $49 for an install of TV mount and now it's almost $200. Not so sure if I'd renew because the tech support is not good.

I loved the TV mount but I especially loved the 2 guys who installed it. They were on time, extremely fast and VERY helpful with other questions.

Excellent work by tech and didn’t take long to mount the tv or the connections to everything. Very pricey

This TV flush mount was offered to me at the last minute to make this 65 inch TV hang the best way to showcase the picture, the TV and the 3/16 of an inch TV thickness . Everyone comments on the viewing presentation and I am happy that the Geek Squad made the suggestion.

I usually hang and wire high / low voltage myself, because i am picky. BB intallers were very professional, careful, courteous and quick. Very happy with the install.

The Best Buy representatives were knowledgeable and efficient. After installation the reps explained how everything worked and had my TV in great shape. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The agents who mounted the TV were quite unprepared and had no idea they were to connect devices (so they didn't). BUT Mike (who came back a second time--he was the one who did the scouting) was terrific and in all ways i'd give him the very highest rating.
