The technician actually called me to ask if he could come earlier as he had a cancellation. He was very efficient in the installation and explained how to use my new TV and remote.

Installation was very smooth. Professional. And courteous.

They were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that the set was mounted on the wall where we wanted it and hooked it up and made sure it was working before leaving.

I tried to mount my 70 inch Vizio myself but due to Metal supports inside the wall I ended up with only damaged walls. I decided to call out the Geek Squad and they were out on time and understood the circumstances I was having. They are skilled professional and had my T.V. up in less than an hour. Friendly and respectful as well.

They handled it in a quickly and professional matter! Could'nt have asked for a better squad. I have a new born and 2 dogs and that did not change the speed and Professionalism. Thank You!

I had a great duo team to install my 85 inch Sony tv with the sound bar.

Mounting was great and the guys were extremely quick!

The guys that came did a great job. They hid all the cables and took the box and stuff away with them. They then took the time to make sure everything was set up how I wanted and gave me a tutorial of how to access and use the TV.

Total Tech is a terrific program - Austin on the installation team was great and made sure everything was working properly and no leave behind mess - Big thanks to my advisor Blair .... he knows what he is doing and gives terrific advice - The program is a value that can't be beat

Up and running in less than half an hour. Great job , no mess left behind.

The two men that came in did the job though I had majority of it done on my own- all i needed them to do was lift it onto the mount I had which they did. There was a little tension between the men though. Oh and one of the guys wont mention his name seemed a bit annoyed when I tried to correct him on something pertaining to the mount i had. Aside from those service was good.

Agents came in, brought my tv, hung it on the wall, made sure it was working and connected to wifi before leaving. They even cleaned up and hauled the packaging away when they left!

The Geek Squad did a good job installing my full action wall mount and attaching TV, but they weren't very considerate about my needing them to be at the house first thing because I work 3rd Shift which caused me to loose sleep for work. I made the appointment a week in advance to make sure I could get the very first appointment, but they got to the house with only a half an hour left at the very end of the estimated arrival time. The Geek Squad will do a good job, but don't count on them keeping their word on when they will arrive.

The installers were courteous, capable, and went the second mile to make sure my new TV was fully connected to my current devices, and that I knew how to operate it all seamlessly and access all of its features. They didn't leave until all of my apps and devices were fully up and running with my new TV.

Set up tv and sound bar. Explained everything. Very careful of floors during installation.
