The people who arrived to mount the TV were very informative and did an amazing job. It looks excellent on top of our fireplace

Agents mounted my tv very quickly. They showed me a couple different options where it could go before they made the decision which I greatly appreciated.

We bought a new TV for our family room in our home. We wanted it over the fireplace mantle, and agreed to get The Geek Squad to do the installation. They came when expected, and did a great job. They consulted us with options for the wiring trail, cleaned up, and left us very pleased.

The agents came in prepared the equipment and installed my tv and mount. Very professional and fast. Made sure I understood the equipment before they left. Left the area clean and took all trash with them.

Here in SW Missouri Geek Squad installers are thorough and knowledgeable of the product they are installing. Had a new 65” Sony OLED Bravia mounted on swing-arm mount. They spent extra time getting the mount to stay centered when retracted as it kept swinging slightly when let go. After a lot of adjusting the mount they got the TV to stay in place. They then set up the internet connection and got me logged into the Prime Video and Netflix apps and made sure settings worked with my existing SONY A/V system. Explained capabilities of voice remote for switching TV features. I so appreciated Thomas and his partner for all they did to make it a perfect install. This was the second time I hired Geek Squad to install a TV on the wall. Three years ago they were just as good. Worth the extra cost.

Geek squad not only mounted both of the new TVs, they connected our sound bar, helped connect them to WiFi and out cable Boxes. They were very understanding of what we wanted with the tv mounting.. we had them mount our two 50” TVs next too each other just above our 75” tv. It was very important that the spacing was right due to the from door and The other tv. The gentleman who came were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on everything from the mounting to WiFi signal. We have 5 TVs (3 going at all Times ) and they helped reconnect the TVs to their individual cable boxes and remotes. They also delivered the TVs when they arrived to install. Having the tech support saved us money and stress. They gave us a 2 hour window when we bought our TVs then they called to give us a 30 minute window for arrival. The communication and service was 10/10.

The agent removed the existing tv and mount and replaced with new mount and 50" tv. He prompt and it didnt take long for the installation.

Look, I know nothing about the technology of TVs but this is a really good picture. I added a Sonia sound bar and Sonos speakers which produced Around Sound for way less. I’m very happy

Agents mounted tv to the wall hooked up all peripherals and instructed me on how to use. Even helped with applications!
