The guys took great care and mounted the TV & Sound Bar with ease...

I liked how they put special covers for their shoes and how fast and professional they were. The only downside is that they leave debris on your carpet without putting covers on your sensitive equipment like (computer desktops)that's close to the area they're working. The other thing EXPLAIN how the product u just installed works!!

When the Geek Squad came out to set up our tv they assured us that our original mount was sufficient for the larger screen. They saved us money which is always a good thing!

The actual service is awesome! TVs mounted quick and easy and right where I wanted them. Scheduling needs a lot of Improvement. They were not knowledgeable of the services I was trying to schedule… which was pretty simple, 3 TVs, mounted, and run the HDMI cable through the wall. I became a total tech member first to get all the added benefits at $50 a TV. I had to have 2 different appointments because the first one they didn't have all the necessary equipment to run my HDMI cables in the wall like they should have.

This mount is perfect ! You can slightly move the tv with a gentle push or movement of the mount to tilt up down left or right. I would highly recommend to get a technician to install the new mount . They know what they are doing! They installed it perfectly and I didn’t have to worry about possibly leaving it loose or not having it centered.

My GeekSquad team was awesome! They not only did a great job, they were efficient but not rushed, and were totally helpful with the questions I had. I was even given a business card to call them back directly if I had any issues in the future. AND, they called to follow up about a week after my visit to make sure everything was still working.

The customer service was excellent, with clear and timely communication. I appreciated the effort and the ease of the installation process.

The guys that they sent over mounted my 77 inch LGG TV over a fireplace prior to the mounting they advise me how low the TV would be and where it would sit on the mantle where my Sonos sound bar is minimal distraction and they measured before installing Sade insured precise leveling of the tv

The two techs that came to install the TV were very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable about the mounting of our TV. They were cautious, protective of our TV. I would recommend them.

The agents mounted and setup my TV. Start to finish, answered all our questions while installing and told us what they were doing. Explained how the tv work. Cleaned up everything. Excellent guys.

The team did a great job mounting the tv over the fireplace and were very friendly and professional. They also fixed wiring that the home builder had left hanging out of the wall (in case we wanted the tv on the floor)

These team was very professional. They took special care much like they were doing it for themselves; measuring and centering to ensuring all the wires were hidden properly and even mounted the AppleTV on the wall mount out of sight. They cleaned up after themselves as well as taking care when drilling to catch all the dust.

We recently purchased 65 inch LG tv from Best Buy. Excellent picture and adequate sound. Total Tech delivered and set up entire package. I am very pleased with with our purchase! Total tech is a wonderful additional service and installers were very professional!

This was an easy mount in my bedroom, although the TV is a heavy Plasma. The team did a great job recommending that it not be mounted directly in line with the top of the door frame as if it is slightly off it will cause depth perception issues - so we mounted it about 2" below and it looks great. They even pulled through an extra HDMI cable for future use.

The installation team was beyond wonderful. They were quick because they knew just what they were doing. Friendly. Kept me informed of their arrival time.

Great service. Mounting was completed by Zach quickly and cleanly. Zach was very responsive and courteous. Even went back to store when we realized a new power strip was needed to complete the installation! Another great reason to keep the Total Tech!!!
