The two technicians who came to my house were incredibly professional and helpful. They took proper precaution when mounting my TV and cleaned up afterward. They also gave some advice on my sound system and were easy to talk to. Very happy with using this service for such a big purchase. Would hire again.

What a Great Team Geek Squad has. Appointment was set up and they turned up on time. Ready with booties to wear in the house!! So prepared! Two of them worked so efficiently and had everything working in a short time. Love Geek Squad!

The installer mounted my tv and made sure everything was connected to it properly. He was very nice and friendly! Answered all my questions and overall did an outstanding job!

The Geek Squad technician's are professional and friendly. They are also following all the Covid regulations They installed my 75 inch Samsung and Sound Bar perfectly. We were pleased at the suggestions they made. i would recommend them to family and friends without a doubt.

Brian and John arrived on time and got right to work. They measured, drilled, leveled and installed the mounting bracket to the wall. After affixing the TV, they even thought to stuff some of the cordage into the back of the bracket to minimize cord visibility. Very professional! Highly recommend the Geek Squad!

The agent brought the wrong mount and had to come back later the same day. Then he put extra holes in my walls that I now have to cover up.

This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had as a constumer. I worked away from home and my wife was there for the installation, 1 tech showed up and mounted my tv. It was a 65 inch. During the proscess he damaged the corner or the tv, we didnt notice until trying to change position months later. They sent the same tech out to look at it, he saw it before it was ever removed from the mount, and acknowledged the damage that looked like it was caused by a thumb from lifting the tv. He denied he mounted it alone, and the store claimed that was their policy to have 2 techs to mount tv's that large. The only thing they offered me was to refund and cancel my geek squad warranty. It is now 4 years later and that damage has ruined the tv to the point it cannot operate. I spent over $1k on a 4k smart tv that didnt last 4 years because of their horrendous services and lack of reciprocation.

They was very professional in the set up the amount of time it took was a little difficult to hang but they got up there thank you!

Geek Squad insures their work for a year, so don't mount stuff on your own. Is it pricey? Well, kinda. I'm having them mount a new, larger TV where they mounted my previous unit was. Would it be easy for me to lift off my current unit and mount the new one? Probably, but it wouldn't be insured if I did so and something bad happens because I overlooked something. Also, if you're a homeowner, what looks better if a claim is made?

Best buy did a great job mounting our TV. It was kind of difficult because it's in a corner and the house has over 100-year-old plaster. But they were able to do it and it looks wonderful.

Great job. On time and installation was completed in a clean and professional manner, insuring proper mounting to stabilize TV. Completely justifies buying Total Tech membership, which covers the cost of the installation and gets you so many more benefits.

They helped install and put the TV with no problem. They did have charges for miving the old Tv to the other room. But other than that it was great.

The Geek Squader did an excellent set up job. He was patient with us and later called back to see if we had questions.
