He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. So good, in fact, I got a second TV and wall mounting bracket, and asked for only him to do the installation, I would wait just for him.

The third party installer have been an absolute letdown. Roberto is an absolute gentleman and always make sure everything is correct and working properly. Thank you for that.

They even made some recommended changes to the basic TV settings to ensure better picture quality, were great at explaining the various settings on the TV (no operator's manual was included) and did their work in a professional but friendly fashion
