I hesitated before ordering Geek Squad TV set up and mounting thinking they could never do the job as well as I could do it myself. I needn't have worried. Amanda and her crew were rock stars! They had my TVs mounted quickly, made sure they didn't leave a mess (they even wore booties!), and programmed my TVs and showed me how they worked. Couldn't be happier.

Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping me to fin the perfect cabinet for My tv, and very efficient putting the cabinet together and mounting the tv.

I will say I was very comfortable with Nathan and his trainee Truman being in my home. Nathan made sure everything was hooked up to one remote. He explained how to use it with the Roku. He had patience with me understanding how new technology works.

I’ve had the Geek Squad setup, install, and mount three 55 inch TVs and the work has been flawless. I highly recommend their service because they do a excellent job and I’m a happy customer when they leave.

We had our TV installed, and the old one taken away in less than an hour. Made sure we were comfortable operating the new TV and had all our questions answered.

I bought a tv, delivery and setup, sound bar and mounting stuff from BB and the geek squad managed everything, and taught us how to use it. Then guess what! We MOVED! The geek squad came to our rescue and remounted and reconnected and reexplained everything. Thanks Geek Squad.

I had a replacement and reinstall they were Very professional and worked quickly also they moved my wall mount up because the last techs (3rd party company) that did the first instal put it too low

The agents installed the TV and mount thoroughly. They were on time and fully explained each step of the installation process, as well as give some great recommendations about having a cleaner look with the wires.

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV. They made some great suggestions for me and gave me options. The TV looks great on the wall and I am so happy we had them do it instead of trying to do it ourselves. They were very professional and I appreciated the booties after going in and out of our house. Very quick installation and easy installation process. Best buy sent over to gentleman to deliver and install my new 75" Sony X95K. The guys showed up on time. Installed the tv within 20 minutes cleaned up their mess and left.
