The Geek Squad agents installed my wall mount and mounted the tv and helped me load the apps in a safe and professional manner, then cleaned up and disposed of the boxes. Thank you. I just wish appointments weren’t so far out and that there was better coordination between delivery and installation

The agents were very polite. This is the 2nd time I've had these gentlemen in my home. They are super professional and will accommodate exactly where & how you want your tv. They are very trustworthy. Despite my attempts i couldnt get them to take even a glass of water.

Geek squad leader Donald was very efficient with his organization, set up, and install. Donald and his partner arrived on time and the installation moved smoothly and quickly. The delivery and installation of the TV went like clockwork, The guy from Best Buy was very informative re the installation and set up with my Bose wireless surround system. Superb picture from the TV, the colors are out standing, My 4K movies now look amazing.

The person that came in to install the television mount was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came in to the house with all of the tools that he needed to mount the television. He asked us where we wanted the television located. It was done very professionally.

The agents that mounted my television actually arrived ahead of their scheduled time. They were professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough tutorial of the different features on my tv. They wore face masks and shoe covers which I really appreciated.

This is the second time I used the Geek Squad to mount my TV. The first installation was quick and very professionally done. The girl even hooked up everything to the TV even though it was not what we paid for. I am pretty savvy with electronic and would be able to do it myself. But she did an excellent job. The second TV we bought from Best Buy was for our bedroom. So, we bought the mounting service from Geek Squad. There were 3 guys that came in that day. One of them was Chris Ixcamparij. For less than 1 hour work, it was pretty pricey. But I have to say, these guys were good. They came in between the time promised. Brough the TV in, measured everything. Used the mounting gear that I bought from another retailer, and did the whole thing less than 1/2 hour. Chris even took his time to show me the basic way to navigate the TV and helped me set up the cable remote to work with the TV as well. They work professionally and very fast. And the work that did was excellent. No mistake, everything was done to precision. It will take us a few hours to do this ourselves and we might not achieve the same result they did. I really recommend Geek Squad service. And Chris and his crew rock! Thank you.

Excellent. Removed old TV and wall mount. Un packed new TV and mount outside and removed all garbage. Mounted the new TV and fired up the TV, connected to WIFI, etc. Everything was up and working when they left, and I had a basic intro to operating it.

I owned 4 TVs but only 2 were mounted. It was time to upgrade so I visited Best Buy and scheduled GeekSquad to install the other 2. the Geek squad arrived on time...called before...and functioned really well. i was reluctant to spend the money on installation, but it proved to be a great investment. the installers were kind, capable,and courteous. they stayed extra time to be certain i could use the tv with my limited tech skills. i am grateful for the help.

I had to get a new mount since my ex put up my old one upside down. I joined totaltech when I bought my tv originally so they came out, took the old one down, put the new one up where I wanted it and it looks fantastic!
