It was well-worth having the experts handle the wall mounting and setting up a large tv.

I so appreciate the two Geek Squad agents who set up my new 65" TV and sound bar and more. They did a great job, and I am really enjoying my new larger TV.

They are so professional and friendly they carried the tv to the 2nd floor installed the wall mount I already had and everything thing was done perfectly!

They listened to me and gave me suggestions on exactly where to mount my new tv. Got it installed and cleaned up very quickly. Very polite also. I’m very happy.

SHOWED UP ON TIME. HAD THEM RUN AN IN-WALL KIT FOR THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM PLUS INSTALL TV MOUNTS AND SETUP THE TV'S. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER AND DID EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER.

My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks to get a $75 credit to my account because I overpaid. Other than that the installation guy was polite, efficient and did an amazing job. Just don’t go to Brier Creek store and expect the same polite, efficient and courteous service. I saw this lady manager talk so bad to an individual. I couldn’t believe my eyes. In addition I’ve had awful experiences there as well. It hurts me more seeing other people mistreated. So I drive several extra miles for better customer service.

Like Geek Squad service. Agents were knowledgeable and professional. Installed my 77'' Sony Oled tv and connected all cords and tested. Even they came back when I realized that the tv needs to go a little higher (not fault of agents) at no extra cost.

Save yourself all the stress of installing a Large TV!!! Excellent job and very efficent!!

Cesar was very knowledgeable and proficient. He did a great job of showing and describing my options for placement of the TV. Also suggested an option for mounting the sound bar that I had not considered. Overall great experience.

The squad did a good job mounting my tv and connecting my streaming services. The outdoor tv required some special skills which were demonstrated by the team. I would definitely recommend using the Best Buy geek squad for mounting outdoor tvs and setting up internet streaming services.

Installed swivel support and new 27inch TV in kitchen Arrived as scheduled installed swivel support and TV efficiently and made sure everything was working AND that we new how to operate it before he left.

The installers went above and beyond to make sure my unique install would work before doing the job. They took additional precautions to make sure the work was done correctly and was secure. The install was on a stone wall and they did an amazing job.

The guys knew their jobs and went right to work. TV was up and running in less than an hour. The went through all the settings with us fine tuning the settings. The LG TV works great!

The service man showed up on time as promised. They knew exactly how to install the TV with the sound bar and did an excellent job mounting both. They explained how do you use the items that I had purchased and went over the remote control with me.
