The gentlemen who came to install and set up the TV were great. They explained what they would be doing and then explained and showed me how to operate the TV and the picture part.

The two technicians that came to my home we courteous, professional and did a great job installing my television exactly as I wanted it! The job was performed professionally and my home was left neat and clean!

The technicians worked quickly and efficiently to install the bucket and mount the TV and sounder. Later, when I had trouble getting the sounder to connect with the internet the technicians returned and fixed it quickly.

Joe and Julio from Encinitas were exceptional. First, notified me of my time on the schedule and if that was ok. Called me prior to coming to home to make sure, I appreciate the heads up. Made sure all the equipment, cables, wires, plugs ,etc were there, measured my wall to center the 65” tv, all was perfectly done. I am very very happy, they moved the dresser, cleaned up, put dresser back and I hope you give them a big raise, as I am a very very fussy customer and do not give 5 stars often.

Agents were on time and installed mount and TV in timely manner. Setup necessary connections and Roku Streamer. Cleaned up and took box, etc. on our request. Very personable during the entire time.

The 3rd party that completed my TV connect and setup did an outstanding job. They well in complete compliance of protective coverings as well as social distancing. They were professional, ensured that everything was installed, mounted and working correctly, explained all the how-to's and cleaned up and removed all debris before leaving.

Geek squad was well worth the extra fee to install. They were curtious and cleaned up all boxes. They mounted the 64inch tv to the wall and set up the sound bar. Also, explaining how to operate Both. I would have never managed this on my own. Very satisfied With work and would recommend

They did an excellent job moving my old TV (to make room for my new one) to another room, mounting it flush to the wall in a difficult and tight corner. Attention to detail was 100% and they showed genuine care that it looked good where it was, was level, etc.

I might have forgotten one of the young men's name regardless Warren and Myles? Deserve a 5 star rating for everything. I couldn't be more pleased and I'm hoping to see either one of them once I get the internet and cable hooked up. They where very impressive.

I debated on installation services, but I wanted to have our t.v. mounted and it had already been sitting in the box in the living room for two weeks. Best decision ever. The guys were very professional and did a great job in getting everything set up. I would definitely recommend getting this service if you don't have time to do it yourself or you just want someone else to do it.

Dylan and his associate were excellent. Delivered the TV, installed the stand, programmed it. All was done efficiently and well. After receiving a call from someone at Best Buy that morning saying the TV was not available and wouldn’t be available for months, I canceled the order. Several hours later, Dylan called to say he had the TV and stand and would be right over to set it up. A pleasant surprise. He had found the set on the sales floor. He was not aware of the call I had received earlier. I commend him for finding the set. He and his associate were knowledgeable and helpful?
