I look at the ( entertainment experience) on what's best for me. They provide me with all the options and comparisons of products . I knew what it was going to look like before they installed, and boy did it not only looked better and sounded better than I expected.

The Geek Squad agent arrived as scheduled and installed my wall-mounted TV quickly and expertly. He connected everything and made sure it was all working properly. Watching him do this made me realize that this is the way to go for most people who have only average handyman skills required to do the installation job.

The Geek Sqaud actually made it by earlier than originally planned, as coordinated a day prior. They worked quickly and efficiently, installing the wall mount and then booking everything up cleanly. The wires were hidden and nicely organized, and all systems were operating in sync as requested. Couldn’t be happier!

They did an amazing job, it was new construction, and the technicians, were very professional, and did an amazing job. The one mount would not work, and they had one in the truck that did work.

Jacob was awesome. Set up our tv and guided us through the steps we needed to operate the programming. Gave us some good pointers as well. He was patient with questions and worked quickly and proficiently.

Chico was professional, knowledgeable and on time. He was very helpful and you can just see how experienced he is at his job, he worked neatly and was very clean. I would recommend him to anyone.

The Geek Squad young man who came to mount our TV not only was extremely professional, but a pleasure to have around. He was fast and explained everything to us in a manner in which we could easily understand and he took the time to answer all of our questions.

Phillip Webb and his assistant was pleasant and easy to communicate with. They both were very informative about the equipment that was installed. They left me with a good understanding of my television.

The technicans were on time,mounted the tv with aligning in mind, cleaned up after themselves, very polite and identified themselves. Made sure we knew how to operate the tv. We were satisified. They quoted if any questions/problems to please contact Best Buy. I would recommend Best Buy to friends.

Reynaldo was great! He got the TV mounted perfectly, got it set up, and answered all my questions. He's been to our house twice, and we hope we always get him!

The squad had a lot to do: Install a power extension in wall, move a TV from on room to another, install a new tv, receiver, and sound bar and blu ray player. All jobs were accomplished to my satisfaction in a matter about 4 hrs. The tech left me with set up info so I could set up Alexa. Outstanding work!
