The Geek Squad team was very helpful and knowledgeable while installing my 75” and 50” TVs in my home. I needed an in-wall electrical connection that I also purchased at BB. Professional installation by dedicated and experienced team.

They were very timely , polite and professional. They took care of everything.

These young men were Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They removed the old, measured twice and completed the install without issue. They were careful and thoughtful. In a little over an hour, the room was all back together and clean, ready for tv viewing. Wonderful service!

Both Geek Squad technicians were very friendly and customer oriented. They worked very carefully installing a new 55" TV above our family room fireplace and setup the TV with easy-to-follow personal instructions. After installation and setup, they carefully cleaned-up and packaging and debris and let our home absolutely clean. I was totally satisfied with their work.

Geek Squad was excellent. Took down my old TV Mount and re-installed a new pull down mount, which they said they had not installed this kind before. They installed it perfectly without any problems. Very polite young men.

I had a hard time getting the installation done by the geek squad or total tech when I purchased the plan. They didn’t seem to get their wires in order for what to do on the job. Even though I went into the store , and told them over the phone what I wanted three times, each time they came out. They never seem to have enough time to do it and made me reschedule because of one problem or another. Such as the tv not working. That was OK because they made me a better deal on the TV. I originally wanted and got for a very good price. However the second time they were to install the wiring, they told me that they wouldn’t install The wiring and hide it behind the walls and quoted me another price to run the wires. However, then they told me to hide them in the walls they would have to drill six holes in each wall or in the ceiling Three times and it would be my responsibility to pay for patching it up and I thought that was totally unprofessional so I had to go buy covers so they could put molding to hide the wires along the molding in the unit of my apartment which I had to drive back to Best Buy and purchase three packages of while they were setting up the tv with my existing home, theater and gaming equipment or I would need to make another appointment and it had already taken a month to get my TV up and running, I was charged for concealing the speakers into the wall which they didn’t do and I don’t mind them, leaving them out on the stands for the back speakers, but I was charged the price to conceal them and they charged me two times so I had a lot of problems with that and then they fell down 10 days after they installed it it looked great for the first 10 days but every time I had to push it back in place it started to look ridiculous because I don’t think they did a very good prep job. However, when the technician came back to fix it from a different geek squad location he helped make them even again but plaster had already fallen off my wall so I had a little bit of problem with them. Great guys, they know their products, but I’m not sure that that they are as adept with installation. I would still recommend them, but they have a little work to do such as getting their stories together when you’re ordering a job. it is worth the money once you get the job finally completed that’s why I’d still recommend getting total tech.

The two agents mounted my TV and all the accessories. Made sure the TV operated properly and answered all my questions.

A little bit on the expensive side considering that I had a 40” mounted last year. But overall they are knowledgeable, arrived for my appointment time promptly, and had my tv mounted within an hr.

The "SQUAD" was the best!!! It wasn't the easiest to mount and set up, but they were so patient and wanted to be sure it was just right! Very professional, knowledgeable! Totally worth having the service!!! Love my new TV!
