Greg was excellent at installing our new 75 in Television. They even took the box so I don’t have to put it in the junk! I’ve had to contact him several times over questions on how to operate it since I AM NOT Technical! He has been so kind & patient with me. I definitely recommend using the Geek Squad for installation.

Mike & Dan did a great job! They were both courteous and helpful and very attentive to cleaning up and removing all trash. They were patient in explaining how to operate my new TV and answering my questions. Very easy and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!!

My installers were extremely professional and courteous, and did the job very quickly, especially compared to how long it would have taken me! The install was pretty straightforward for them, and they hooked everything up and tested it out. Everything went very smoothly, great job! Very satisfied.

Two guys from the Geek Squad brought my newly purchased TV and wall mount to my home and installed it in less than an hour. The cost of the install was well worth it as I would not have been able to do it myself. Plus they did the TV setup and made sure everything worked before they left. They attached the existing sound bar and cable box with no problem and gave me instructions before they left.

The in-home service to install/mount our new TV on the wall was worth it. The gentlemen who provided the service were friendly, helpful and explained everything they were doing.

Zac was very professional and courteous. Both installations went well. Small issue with one resulted in having to make a bigger hole in drywall but he assured me that there was going to be someone to come out and make repair. Not a big deal. I would ask for him again personally to assist.

GeekSquad showed up punctually, something I love in today's age of 4 hour service windows. After asking about my desires as to mounting placement, I was provided with additional options/points to consider, and then they got down to business. GeekSquad did the install of the TV & Soundbar, including configuring the wireless subwoofer and programming all of various inputs. A great service all around.

I purchased "Geek Squad" on the cheap because I needed the service the next day. So another company used by the Geek Squad hung my TV but I did not pay the full Geek Squad price and I needed it the next day. I subsequently had the REAL Geek Squad come over and complete the job in true Geek Squad fashion and it was more excellent that this first service.

I had a replacement and reinstall they were Very professional and worked quickly also they moved my wall mount up because the last techs (3rd party company) that did the first instal put it too low

Team that set this up was on time, competent, and efficient. I'm giving this four stars because part of the description of this service included the statement "We’ll . . . ensure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed." When I asked about this as they were packing up, I was told I needed to buy and have on hand cord concealers for this to be done, and that they would not be running any lines behind the wall (which is how this install was done for me in the past in a former residence). Description seems misleading (or at least not totally clear) and now I've got wire hanging down and exposed, and it's up to me to not only buy the concealer strip, but figure out how to install it neatly and correctly. Disappointed. Purchased this expensive service because I not only wanted this done right, but to look as good as possible.

The technicians who came to do the install were professional, pleasant and knew exactly what to do. Ken Henderson, who was the lead technician, was as good as it gets in every way!!

The Geek Squad team did an amazing job attaching our TV and antenna above our fireplace wall. They were very knowledgeable and willing to teach some old dogs new tricks!!!! They spent a great amount of time with us and answered all the questions. We would not hesitate to call upon them again if needed. They are worth every penny. Thanks fellas! Amazing job!
