agents carried in my ew TV and set it up. I had a TV for it so I did not have it mounted on wall. Agents were very thorough and set it up quickly. Took a little time since my home wi-fi was running slow. Hauled away my old TV.

Both the original two-man team (TV had a defect and had to be replaced) and the second team were fast, professional, delivered, set-up and programed everything for me!

Was very friendly, kind, respectful, and respectful of my residence and property. Took time to answer all questions, explain and ensure i understood proper usage. Took time to make sure i had no issues logging in. Answered questions i had about later installs i will need.

My technician was awesome! A lot of people may choose to install their own TVs or soundbar themselves, but my Geek Squad Team (Installer) provided professional service well worth my investment. They know the tricks of the trade to ensure all my systems were up and running, mounted in the perfect place, and synced in no time! Great professional service at minimal cost.

Geek Squad installers were awesome. They did two TVs. My large 65 inch A90J and a smaller 55inch Sony. They were patient, answering all my questions, and made some suggestions that I had not thought about but made total sense (replacing my surge protectors for the upgraded TVs).

Technicians came on site and had the TV mounted within minutes. I had a 75 inch TV and there was no way I could have done the install myself. The technicians had the TV mounted over our fireplace within minutes and had setup completed. The install was bundled with purchase of the TV but I would have paid for it without the bundle because it was 100% worth it.

Geek Squad was friendly and professional during their installation. Also helped me connect with You Tube TV app. Went above and beyond in their customer support! They are always A+!

The installers mounted our new tv on the wall, set up the television and connected it to our wifi. They were prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Answered all our questions patiently.

The installers were terrific! They had my television mounted in less than 30 minutes and even contacted my cable company to get everything set up correctly! I am electronically challenged! Thank heaven for the Geek Squad!

There were 4 TVs that were mounted in different rooms. The agents did a fantastic jobs mounting TVs.

The representatives mounted our TV on our existing stand and set it up. The install would've been perfect except I realized the TV manual was not there.I called the reps to ask where it was. They told me they don't usually leave the manual because it is of no value. However, if I want a manual go to the store and they would print one for me. I did not like that . They made an assumption without asking me. After all, I paid for the TV.

The Geek Squad arrived right on time and installed our TV flawlessly. These folks were competent, friendly and neat. They tucked all the wiring out of sight and exceeded all expectations. Michael Turner led the team and was extremely competent and helpful.

Matt & Xavier were great & cordial & went out of their way to ensure I was pleased with the experience. They put the TV where I wanted it & set up my remote & several other things I had no idea how to do… they are a great team… much better than the last geek squad experience I had.
