Norman and his team were excellent. They showed up early and prepared. I found Norman and his team to be pleasant and professional. I had a very big tv and a difficult wall to put it on but they did it with ease. The mounting looks amazing and very happy with their work. Will be using Geek Squad again when needed.

Installer would not do the install because the installation would not have been stable and safe. He cheerfully packed the TV and mount up and gave me full credit for the TV, the mount and installation cost. I will definetly patronize Best Buy again. Thanks

Installation was smooth arrival was on time. Also installers hooked up my TV in my living area.

The Geek Squad agent mounted our new TV efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process. He connected my receiver and DISH Box which included impeccable wire management. He also made sure the remotes worked as before and showed me how to use the new one. He was very thorough and cleaned up the room before leaving.

Excellent service, they called me the day before and on the day to make sure a time was ok with me. Two guys arrived and proceeded to neatly install the mount I had provided and took care of my LG OLed. It must have taken them less than half an hour and left everything clean with no dust and took all the disposable boxes away. Great service! I would use them again in the future!

The tech that installed the one mounting bracket was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have no issues with the tech. However, we purchased two mounting brackets. The one that allowed the tv to be angled could not be used because it requires two attachments to the wall and our studs were located in such a way the tv would not be centered over the furniture piece. People who purchase this type of bracket should be aware of this requirement/situation. Again, the tech was SUPER, the produce is being returned.

The install went very well from the get go. The techs were very professional from the time I received the call to confirm the install and continued even after they left. The techs were precise in measurements and provided answers, suggestions and explanations when needed. Definitely a must when your not too sure if you can tackle the task yourself.

The technicians were friendly and efficient. They did a great job and educated me about how the television worked.

I couldn't have done it without them. More expensive than I might have liked but having the delivery and installation was well worth me not having to deal with it.

Staff arrived as expected. The quickly understood our setup. Made reasonable recommendations to dismount our old TV and mount the new one. They also moved the old TV to our den and mounted it on the wall (new mount was purchased). Then returned when I had a problem with the old TV at it's new location. Great service!

Beautiful picture. Good sound. Used to always use Samsung, but this is definitely an upgrade. Geeks knew what they were doing.

A very pleasant Best Buy Home Theatre technician installed our new TV mount and TV purchased from Best Buy. Why do it yourself when you can have pros with a smile on their face do it for you?!

The Geek Squad was an excellent team of two. They kept us updated on their whereabouts and showed up on schedule. They were quick, precise, and left the area clean. The mount works great. Nice to move if we move from living room to kitchen.

The gentlemen who did the install were very careful with bringing everything in, putting the tv mount on the wall, and did an outstanding job of cable management so nothing is visible. Walked us through all the settings on the tv as well.
