The agents came and mounted my tv pretty quickly. They were very nice and friendly. They also took into consideration on how high I wanted my tv to be. Overall, I received the best service with Geek Squad and will be using them for future needs.

The technicians installed / mounted the TV in a relatively short time period but didn't completely hook up all the speakers for the external sound system. The charge tech was very knowledgeable and expediently got the job done despite the fact that he was mounting a previously used wall mount and not a new one as the required hardware had been modified.

Expertly mounted, set up all my devices despite a problem signing into my Amazon account.He stuck around while I sorted it out and explained everything, how to use etc. Thanks!

My appointment was scheduled 2 1/2 weeks ago. The Geek Squad crew texted a smaller delivery window, and they arrived shortly after a call saying they were on the way at the beginning of that window. There was two members of the team. I think one was Megan, but I forget the name of the young man. They were quick, efficient, and careful with my new 75-inch. I had already mounted the frame to the wall, so all they had to do was put the bracket on the back of the TV and then secure it to the wall mount, which they did carefully - checking the wall mount BEFORE they put the TV on it. Then, after plugging it in and turning it on, Megan walked me through what I needed to know to start enjoying my new TV. All in all, they were at my house less than 30 minutes. They were professional and courteous. I'm very happy with their work and punctuality.

The guys that came to install my two televisions and sound bars were absolutely amazing and extremely professional! Not only did they call to provide ETA updates, they also helped me (free of charge) to setup my Honeywell thermostat. I had an awesome experience with them and was very happy with their assistance.

Terrific. Brandon was skilled and able to perform my request that I thought was impossible. He completed the task way quicker than I thought possible. He's a creative problem solver. After completion, he cleans up the site extremely well. He's my "go-to" Geek Squad member.

The two technicians were fantastic. Blake Loeschen and Marcus were great. They made some on-site changes which improved my system. In addition, when they got to my house and unpacked all the items, a universal stand wasn't ordered. Blake called our local store and picked up the stand and installed it. They were very thorough and took as much time as I needed to get a proper orientation to my new system. After they left I had an additional question regarding an adjustment. Blake came over the next day and made the setting change. They both are excellent.

Everything went well. Team showed up on time, worked quickly to get everything set up to best use/effect, and left the area as clean as they found it. Even hauled off the packaging. They did it far more cheerfully and in about a third the time than if we'd done it ourselves.

The two Geek Squad reps were intelligent, knew exactly what they were doing and were thoroughly professional in installing our tv. There was a scheduling issue involving two installations the same day and they were able to resolve it quickly. I was very impressed with everything about their service!

the geek squad mounted my large screen TV to wall for me, they put on booties before coming in and were very professional. They had tv mount and leveled very quickly and cleaned up after they were done. They checked the TV and set it up for me and showed me how to navigate through settings. Would definitely use them again.

Awesome service! They set up my TV, mounted it and cleaned up well. They were patient and very helpful in answering my questions. A little expensive, but I would still recommend them!

Jacob and his associate were prompt, friendly and competent. He knew the product and made me aware of different choices in brackets.

Geek Squad came and installed my tv wall mount. These guys were professional and courteous. They explained all that they were going to do. Once the mount was installed they even mounted my sound bar at no additional cost. They proceeded to sync my cable remote with sound bar in addition to pointing out some additional features for my tv. I would highly recommend using them for installs.
