They kept me informed as to arrival and installed all my components!

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. It was done professionally and timely. I don't know why anyone would want to try to install and connect it themselves. With the total tech support purchased it was only 50.00 per tv and made my day 120% better. Moving is stressful enough.

OMG these folks were great. Jennifer and Daniel were great They did a superb job getting the TV mounted and taking time to explain everything.

The installer was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable as well. Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't recommend an In-Wall Wire kit. You will need to buy one if you want your wires hidden during install. The service offers concealing wires but the kit is sold separately, like the wall mount.

The tech set up the tv well. He also took down the old one and we had to pay a little extra for taking down some extra parts of the mount on the old tv.

Extremely pleased with the Geek Squad team that they sent to my house. They treated my property with the utmost respect. My team (Brandon/Bruno) are superior workers and created a prompt, stress-free experience. I couldn't be happier!

The Geek Squad were great about letting us know their ETA. They were extremely professional and efficient. They called ahead of time to double check the job and to make sure that they would have all the necessary accessories to complete the work. They did forget to hook up the sound bar but we figured that out for ourselves. The only thing that was a bummer was that they could not take our old TV after all because of the size. They did however take away all the other old product (DVD player, old receiver, etc)

Agent from Geek Squad did an EXCELLENT job mounting my Samsung Frame TV. He was on time, paid attention to every detail and I couldn't be happier.

The agent did a great job mounting my tv safely and neatly (it’s centered beautifully on our wall) and was extremely courteous and considerate. This experience made me extremely likely to order more electronics from best buy.

The Geek Squad provided a good experience after my new TV purchase. This included removing the old TV and mounting the new one. They also disconnected and wrapped old cables. New features of the TV and remote were clearly explained. All this was accomplished within 45 minutes. They definitely know what they are doing.

Not sure if there are mounts on the market cheaper than this that work as well. Great range of motion. I can tilt both up and down and side to side so i would definitely recommend for a tv in a large room with different viewing angles. If you are viewing in a smaller room where you do not need to adjust the angle that much I would suggest a cheaper option.

My geek squad agent John is the only one I will let install anything in my house he’s very knowledgeable and has been in the business for over 20 years every tv in my house was installed by him he answered all our questions and even made some great suggestions that we took advantage of

With a snowstorm in Wisconsin on the day of my appointment, they politely asked to reschedule. They were totally flexible and willing to come to my house at 4 on another day to get the job completed.(They are usually finished with service calls at 4). When they were here they were very polite, efficient, and had great suggestions for the job that needed to be done!

The gentleman who installed it were lrofessional and vwry knowledgeable. Suggested a different wall mount from what i had purchaswd and it works great!

The Geek Squad installers were friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure our placement and cables were correct. They took care to ensure everything was hooked up and that we understood everything about our new television. I would HIGHLY recommend this crew.

Installation Staff was knowledgeable , properly equipped, efficient , neat, pleasant. Made needed physical and electronic connections and explained remote control units Wore booties on outside shoes. Brought own floor mat for toolbox and parts had all needed installation parts and tools. Well thought out process and knowledgeable communicative staff.
