The agents did a great job installing and explaining how the tv works! Worth every dollar spent. Very good!!!

Best Buy sent a 3rd party vendor to mount my 77” LG CX OLED TV. They were professional and careful mounting my tv from beginning to end, I was asked how I would like my tv mounted and they gave me their professional opinion. I’m glad I took their opinion because the installation came out beautiful.

The two people from the Geek Squad did a very nice job of hanging our large television on a wall. They also showed us how to use the mount and cleaned up after themselves.

They listened to and respected my requests. The end result was phenomenal! My 70 inch tv looks great on my wall!

We did have issues with the tv delivery and getting someone out for the appointment. It was escalated and the technician Sean was fantastic. He picked up the tv and a mount from the store and got everything in working order. Kudos to him, because the service prior to that was not good.
