The Best Buy technician was very professional and friendly. He mounted the TV perfectly hid the cords in the cord hider I had purchased. Even helped me with the initial setup to make sure everything was working. Great experience!

Geek Squad was very professional, and up front more personal to help me understand what I have, what I need for what I’m thinking or vision. Provided recommendations and patient when I needed it to be readjusted. great work!

I was very pleased with the installation of my TV. The installer arrived on time, and was courteous and efficient! It was a positive experience from start to finish!!

Original installation performed by third party contractors and the mounting of the tv and set up was a problem. When removing an older 65” tv they compromised my Directv service by damaging the coax cable. They also damaged the wall when taking the tv off the wall and I had to repair this. Directv came and indicated that the tv would need to be removed from the wall for them to review and correct the problem. From then on the precess went well. Geek squad came in a week later and removed the new tv without any issues and Directv followed a day after and corrected the coax cable problem. Geek squad technicians returned two days later and did a really good installation. They were knowledgeable and informative and did a excellent job in fully setting up the tv and sound bar unlike the third party installers, who just left when the coax cable problem occurred. I am really happy that Geek squad came and replaced the original installers and would thoroughly recommend Antony and his crew.

Nate Wilde was our tech, and he worked very quickly to bring us up to speed with TV and surround sound. All health safety concerns were addressed. Nate drilled the appropriate holes, mounted the TV, and set up and configured the receiver to make everything work great. And it still works great now. Good job!

Team showed up on time & ready to work. They were quick & efficient. I needed longer HDMI cables, and had them on the truck. They took time to explain the new TV controls. Service was definitely worth the cost

The squad put up the wall mount, Installed the TV and set the tv perfectly for me. They were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Glad I had them do the work.

The guys delivered and mounted my television exactly where I wanted it with no problems at all. They then linked my stereo and Logitech Remote. They took the box and made sure that they didn't leave any debris. They did an incredible job all around and I can't highly recommend them highly enough. I have zero regrets.

The installer was friendly and professional. While I previously had my TV mounted on the wall he did need to make some adjustments as the new TV was a little larger.

The two agents mounted my TV, removed the smaller TV I had purchased from them and then taught me the basics I needed to know to begin watching local news and streaming channels.

The two technicians were absolutely incredible. I had purchased a mantle mount when they went on sale earlier in the year. These are probably the most difficult mounts to install. I also had it mounted into a stone fireplace. Again not easy. The guys made sure to take all the necessary measurements to drill the holes right where they needed to be for a perfect viewing height. Afterwards they adjusted the tension on the mount so it’s easy enough to pull down for viewing but has plenty of tension to hold it at any height. They even made sure to check all the bolts to make sure everything was holding tight after raising and lowering the tv a few times. Overall I was extremely impressed and will be using these guys to install my home theater in the future

The mounting of our new TV was a little more complicated than expected as we had to move the former mount on a brick wall. Both GEEK Squad techs were experienced and professional. Neither my husband or I are tech savvy. The GEEK squad had infinite patience in walking us through the set-up and how to watch our new TV.

The "Geek Squad" mounted our new 75" tv. The tv is perfectly centered, no cords, cable connect with no cords. They were amazing. They delivered the tv, connected the mount, the cable -- very professional, friendly and on time. We are very happy!!!!!

The Geek Squad comes through again! They delievered my 2 TV's, sound system, and mounting bar and were first class in every sense of the words! Rich and Rudy from the GS in Myrtle Beach SC had everything done and working in less than 1 hour, and took the time to show me all I needed to know! Well worth the cost just for their combined expertise!

the geek squad was very friendly and helpful with helping me setup my new 65 inch sony xbr950h, they made sure the tv and the stand were safe and secure in the process, im definitely gonna have geek squad help me setup future home theater add on and setups for my home in the future.

This is the best part of our purchase. Having professionals mount and set up the new TV & sound system, as well as moving our older TV to a new location was fast and friendly. We’ve user third party installers before, but this team (Jamie and Andrew) knew their product better and asked for our input as they set up both TVs.

Shawn the installer, was excellent. He took his time and more importantly explained to us how everything worked. He was excellent
