Wow the 3 agents mounting my tv did so good it’s amazing they all deserve a raise!

It was installed seamlessly and it works just the way I want. It's slides both to the left and right as well as tilt. When fully closed, it's very close to the wall whether it's centered or to the left or right.

First time we used in home service to set up and install the tv. Completely satisfied. The technicians got here on time and set things up quickly. Would highly recommend this service!

The team mounted my tv and made sure ot was where we wanted it to be in what position. They made sure everything worked properly outstanding job

I bought a tv, delivery and setup, sound bar and mounting stuff from BB and the geek squad managed everything, and taught us how to use it. Then guess what! We MOVED! The geek squad came to our rescue and remounted and reconnected and reexplained everything. Thanks Geek Squad.

The person who set up the tv and put the tv mount on the wall did an excellent job. He was nice, friendly, and courteous.

While the installers did a great job installing, the rest of the process was “AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!” Single biggest problem with Best Buy is their horrible customer service. Other than physically going in, there is no way to reach the actual store when you have an issue (and store employees confirmed this). When you call the listed store phone #, you are immediately pushed to a call center. When contacting the call center 2 (of 3) associates that I spoke with were unwilling and/or unable to address my issues. If the issue is outside the script they are lost. My first issue was a price match. Zero help from call center. I had to wait when I was back in town to then go back to the store to address. Store associates addressed the issue in 2 minutes. First attempt to install everything was met with a soundbar that never showed up. I was told it was out of stock. I ordered everything 3 weeks prior. I did come to find out that the soundbar “disappeared” the day before initial installation. Second attempt, installer showed up without the soundbar (asking me where it was). His “notes” did not include going to the store to pick up the soundbar. So I needed to go to the store and pickup the soundbar myself. Additionally, he was assigned as a 1 man job. The soundbar was being attached to a 77 inch tv, so i needed to help him take the tv down and put it back up. To his credit he reworked his schedule to come back same day to install after I picked it up. Bottom line, the store associates and installers were great to deal with. But Best buys glaring issues are in their logistics and call center operations. Their overall approach to customer service is severely impacted by their approach to underinvesting in those services.

Love that I get geek squad with my membership. They came in, mounted my tv and helped relocate my other tvs. They were so knowledgeable and helpful.

So glad I had the team from Best Buy come out to install me new TV! They hung it on the wall between two windows, put it the distance I wanted from the floor, and were able to hide the cord behind the wall. They were friendly, knowledgeable, speedy, and professional, and cleaned everything up afterwards. I highly recommend professional installation by Best Buy!

The agents were awesome, polite, listened to what I needed to have done and explained things a s they went along ( installed swivel tv mount on wall). Cleaned up after done and asked if I had questions. In additIon made sure tv and Comcast st box worked.t

Jason mounted the TV professionally and with no time wasted. He spent time with me after work done to explain remote and actually set the TV up and running. He is a wonderful representative of the Geek Squad

A good team arrived when scheduled and handled the installation professionally. They also cleaned up very carefully.

Both gentlemen were incredibly polite, professional, and able to answer any question I threw at them. They were efficient, effective, and showed that it is money well spent to have professionals do this. The TV looks great, was set at the perfect height, perfectly level and centered on the wall.

The Geek Squad guys who came out to deliver and hang the new tv were professional, friendly, and very helpful. They gave us helpful hints about how to use the tv, explained the remote, and told us what to say to the cable tech when that service was started. I couldn't be more pleased. Those guys were great - they even cleaned up the area where they worked after they finished!

The entire installation process was seamless. The team did great with communicating when they would arrive. Bobby took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with the placement of the TV. I can tell that he really takes pride in his work. Great guy.

Both gentlemen showed up on time, did an exemplary job putting my TV on the wall, and even helped ensure I had the connections the way I wanted them. Would definitely use again! A+

They came in, super friendly, mounted it perfectly and took away all the packaging so i didn't have to. If you're getting a big oled I'd definitely recommend having them install it.
