The Geek Squad Install Team were complete Professionals and Knew exactly what they were doing

Geek squad arrived on time, quick to determine how to fit in the space I wanted. They worked well together, answered any questions that I had. Gave me my options on cord placement. Very clean as they worked, no messes created and left behind. First time I've used Geek Squad for an in-home installation. I will use them again.

I highly recommend the service, they were careful and mindful of our space and the installation went great. Side note: We had the total tech membership so we didn't pay anything extra.

We had a few issues when they finally came out to mount the tv. Firstly, the techs advised me that the cable that comes with Samsung TV's are not "in wall" rated. So we have to put the One Connect box on the back of the TV. They used zip ties. Then I was told I need 3 - 12' HDMI Cables that are in-wall rated. None on the trucks so we are no panicking, since this is my second day off work for this installation. When we purchased the service I specifically asked if we needed any cables, if the One Connect cable would reach through the wall or any other items other than the mount. We were told "No" by the sales person as well as 2 different guys from Magnolia. Luckily, Brad one of the techs and I spoke to Janie at the Plymouth Meeting store and after a little tense conversation, she got the cables we needed at no cost to us, for all the confusion and issues. JANIE IS AWESOME. So the TV is now mounted on the wall and looks great. The only real issue is if you adjust it up or down it goes out of level. SO we have to tweak if every time we adjust it. Overall they did a pretty good job.

Technicians were great. Tv looks awesome after it was mounted. The only issue was they couldn’t hide my HDMI wires due to lack of equipment that an electrician would have

The techs were on time and came fully prepared to perform my requested information...they also spent extra time ensuring that I knew how to utilize the entire system...I highly recommend their installation team!!!

The agents did a great job of installing my new mount and new TV. They worked well together and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time.

They were on time as scheduled. Quickly fixed wiring into the wall with no issues and no mess. Installed the TV mount and mounted the TV with no problem. Took the time to explain how things operated and kept asking if they could be of any further assistance.

My service by the geek squad was great. They gentlemen installed my tv wall mount easily and quickly and was very adapt at making sure he wore his mask and maintained his distance. Went over and above to make sure I was satisfied with his service. I will use them again if needed in the future.

Guys did everything we asked to mount our tv the way we wanted, position the furniture, and even remove the packaging the movers used. Even gave me some pointers on setting up my network. All for less than any of the local specialists.

Installation is a no brainer! Uncle Billy isn’t going to buy you a new TV if it slips and cracks or falls off the wall. Clean and professional service with wire management!

The geek squad showed up on time to install my new 65" tv. Fast and friendly. Had a nice conversation with one of the techs about my movie collection on display. They paired all the remotes and showed me everything they did. Highly recommend this service

This came as part of my TotalTech membership, and I was very pleased! Two installers and their supervisor showed up promptly when they said. The entire process was professional and quick. They were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the installation.

Installation was done quickly and efficiently. Tech stayed after to hook up everything and demonstrated features and answered any questions we had.

I was very impressed by the professionalism the team brought to implantation. They were also on time and communicated perfectly
