The guys were polite & professional - they had my new 58” Samsung TV mounted on the wall and working very quickly. They did not leave me the operator’s manual, if there is a printed one. Perhaps it’s online?

Arrived on time. Very efficient. Most important did an excellent job and answered ALL of my questions The whole time they explained what they were doing and were so friendly I give them a 10+

They mounted TV on wall and looks great. Geek squad always does a good job and very courteous. Always ask before leaving if I have quwstions

Our installation guy, John, was great! Set up and checked out all our stuff, answered all our questions. The process of contacting Geek Squad was terrible, all by computer, no chance for human contact. I needed to change something in the original order to make sure they had the time and the right equipment, until John called the day before installation I couldn’t make contact.

The tech did an awesome job mounting the tv. He made sure the tv was secured to the mount and that the mount was secured on the wall.

When they mounted the tv on the wall they took the tv stand that came with the tv, we need the tv stand , were moving we need the tv stand

Misha was wonderful. He installed everything perfectly as well as help me find tune the TVs. He was very professional and had a great attitude.

The crew that came out to deliver and mount my new 55" TV really knew what they were doing. Took the time and care to do it and no destruction of my house! They installed my sound bar as well and everything is working properly! Couldn't be happier.

the agent came right at time early in the morning and mount my new TV exactly where i wanted and connected everything from internet and works very well and i would definitely recommend since you got to drill wall and mount it carefully!!

Staff at this Best Buy locations is awesome. They pay attention and listen to your needs carefully. At this store most of the staff members have knowledge in depth about technology BestBuy is selling. I had to purchase 8K TV and I was referred to home theatre team. Demetrius from that team is highly knowledgable and suggested what I need and help complete entire package. He also put us in good hands of very good Geek Squad of Torrey and Eric who did awesome job installing and mounting TV. I highly recommend this center and these folks.

Absolutely professional and precise. I'm a perfectionist so was my Geek Squad servicer. I'm glad i added this service and didnot phone a friend. It's not an easy job.

The Geek Squad was super helpful and did a great job installing my new TV and bracket to go with it! 3 ladies came and they unpacked everything and got it all installed and set up for me in a short amount of time! I would definitely recommend using the geek squad service!

The young men were excellent. Set up TV and sound bar and made sure I knew how everything worked. They weren't here very long and did a good job.

My technician was quick and efficient. He removed the previous television and mount in less than 5 minutes. He installed the new tv and mount with no issues. He even set up the smart features for mom.
