The technicians were great. On time, professional, friendly, knowledgable about product and efficient. The scheduling, however, was not at all satisfactory. The original delivery and installation date was cancelled and I was not notified thereof, causing me scheduling issues with other appointments.

The installers were very professional in the install of my TV and mounting of it. I was really impressed. They called when they were on their way and walked me through everything to confirm (tv) was mounted where I wanted it. They also cleaned up everything when done. Finally, they setup the tv settings as well. Well Done!

Best Buy tv installer arrived on time. they understood my wish. They had me involved in how I want my tv hanged. I liked that. They did a clean job. cleaned up after them. very professional

The agents went above and beyond to ensure that my TV was properly mounted, Chris and Juan were excellent and really provided excellent customer service.

They mounted my new TV great. They were very nice and cleaned everything up afterwards. They did connect all of my devices back up but had no knowledge on how the TV worked. I was able to get a hold of someone there at Best Buy to direct to the web site to download the instructions for my new TV. All that came with the TV was a 1 page general guideline.

The agents were very knowledgeable of mounting tvs on walls and connected the devices without any problems. They also connected me to the streaming services I requested and explained how to operate the tv. I was very happy with the service I got and would use the geek squad again.

The agent were from a 3 party but did an excellent job. Friendly, fast, and reliable service. The two guys that came to my house were awesome and made sure my T.V. setup and mount were to my family liking.

My installer was very knowledgeable and since I had a second tv I decided to mount added on to my order same day which provided a lot of time saved having to schedule a second install.

Technicians did a great job remounting TV on the wall with all the wires behind the wall which looks really nice not having wires and cables hanging down the wall. They also explained and fixed some issues I was having with TV. Technicians very knowledgeable and solved all my problems.

Completely satisfied with the Technician who came to my home to "wall mount" and set up my new Samsung 55" Curved Screen TV. Cannot believe the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy that was shown by this Best Buy employee. Would definitely recommend having the Geek Squad take care of installing, mounting and setting up your TV purchase from Best Buy.

The installer named Andrew was very proficient at his job and was very friendly to boot. He explained everything very well and made sure the Blue Ray and XBox we’re hooked up and working. I am about to use them again for 2 more installs. The Geek Squad is top notch and do not hesitate to use them.

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV. They made some great suggestions for me and gave me options. The TV looks great on the wall and I am so happy we had them do it instead of trying to do it ourselves. They were very professional and I appreciated the booties after going in and out of our house. Nate and Jim did a wonderful job.

Geek squad leader Donald was very efficient with his organization, set up, and install. Donald and his partner arrived on time and the installation moved smoothly and quickly. The installers called to give ETA update, they arrived on time and went right to work. The tv wall bracket was installed, the tv attached and all components connected. They worked efficiently and were out of the door in no time. Wonderful service by these professionals. Thank you

The Geek Squad came to install a TV mount in my guest bedroom. They arrived on time, were careful in their work and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. My experience with them has been first rate.

They have removed and reinstalled big televisions with in wall mounting for me and addressed big time sounds systems. This trip the mounted and installed two big screen TVs and wired theater surround.. in the ceiling as well. Its incredible. All my guests love it. I will use them over and over.
