They were on time for set up and were quick and efficient It’s been 2yrs and no issues!

the Geek squad arrived on time...called before...and functioned really well. i was reluctant to spend the money on installation, but it proved to be a great investment. the installers were kind, capable,and courteous. they stayed extra time to be certain i could use the tv with my limited tech skills. i am grateful for the help.

Incredibly fast, perfect unboxing, mounting, and cleanup. Really impressed by the installers (in Denver). Helped me pick a height/position, installed, and cleaned up in maybe 30 mins

The team that came out to install it did a fantastic job! They also cleaned up everything and wore shoe covers which I really appreciated.

The installer came in, measured the space, hung the mount (that i bought from somewhere else) and then hung the TV (that i bought at best buy). The whole process took maybe 1/2 an hour and the tv is hung very nicely in our bedroom. Well worth the money because it would have taken me forever to do an ugly job

great job geek squad Ben and Dan did a great professional Job. Time was about 1/2 hour/45 min . They even took the trash with them....Love the TV on the wall.

The Squad removed my old TV and mounted and hooked up my new TV. They checked it out with all my attachments and demo that all was working.....

Oscar and Mason were both very polite and conscientious while moving in to, out of and about our home. They wore booties, gloves and masks as they did their work. Oscar efficiently guided the installation with great professionalism, asking and answering questions as appropriate. When finished he not only demonstrated how to use the tv, tuner and Comcast remotes, but then asked me to execute various steps to show him that I understood and could use them when he left. He also provided clear information on the cable and adapter products that are needed to hook up our old vhs player. As they prepared to leave they removed all the large and small pieces of packaging, leaving almost no clean-up for me to do. Overall I was very pleased with the installation of both the tv and the wall mount, as well as the integration with our existing surround sound system and blue ray player. Big thanks to Oscar and Mason!

I couldn't have done a better job myself with a group of friends! Oh did I mention I tried that first? Well it didn't work out. We were all unable to do what this guy did in like 15 minutes! It pays to go with the professionals and now the TV looks amazing in my room! Thanks.

The agents delivered and installed my 77” LG OLED as a priority but wasn’t aware of the other relocation of the existing OLED. As promised, they returned a few days later to complete the order. As mentioned in an earlier review, the local staff and management are to be commended for their service and efforts.

The two technicians showed up on-time and did a fantastic job mounting the TV, explaining the settings, cleaning up, etc. They worked together so well as a team…it was impressive to watch. I was hesitant to use Geek Squad as I thought I could find someone else to mount the TV. I’m glad I changed my mind and used their services. It was well worth the cost.

The geek squad arrived right on time, and had everything required to get the job completed. The technician brought in the new TV, safely unboxed it and mounted it in an efficient manner. He thoroughly explained the operation in the connectivity with the DirecTV system and sound bar. He boxed up the old TV and was gone. No complaints, job well done.

The service agents called prior to arriving, which helped me greatly with timing. When they arrived, they were very professional and courteous. They trouble shooted my issues to make sure the fix was correct and got everything working again.
