The techs installed TV mount, worked neat & tidy and set the TV up

I’m an older guy and not high tech so I relied on the Geek Squad. They exceeded my expectations.

Dan and Jawan were awesome. You can tell Dan has been doing this for years. He got me set-up with internet also and made is super easy. He and Jawan made mounting it look easy. WELL DONE!

Geek Squad arrived on time to install wall mount and TV to wall mount. Installation was very professional and we are totally satisfied with their work. They left no mess and had any necessary cables, etc., to complete the installation, we will call them back later to mount other wall mount and TV later in different room.

Everything was perfect! A nice young man mounted our tv. He was on time and obviously knew what he was doing. We’re very happy with the job Geek Squad did.

The guys that came out were very professional and friendly. They did a great job removed the old tv and wall mount. Then they installed the new wall mount and mounted the tv. They cleaned up after themselves. They placed everything back like it was and configured the remotes too. Very impressed, great job and service.

The guys were friendly and efficient! Had everything up and hooked up in 15 minutes! They kept us informed of planned arrival time as well!! Excellent!!

Amazing work both very friendly helpful clean profess the one regret wish i had the install at least 6 inches moved over to the right . But all other very happy.

The installation process was excellent but the charges were disappointing due to the fact we belong to the Premium Support option and got no benefit from the program on the purchase. They also charged $50 to reinstall a soundbar we purchased from the along with the previous TV they replaced. The program doesn't seen to be worth the money they charge.

Love the Geek Squad! They make it work- I had a mount on the wall already that would work for the new one, so they used that one instead of the 250 one I bought just in case!
