These guys worked fast and were very friendly and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. I got the yearly all Tech plan so the service was much cheaper for me. It was only $50 I had to have them out twice because I chose to have it hung low and everybody said I needed it higher. So much cheaper to do it that way.

The installation of my new television was very dissatisfying. I had to point out things to the men doing the installation that should have been done correctly the first time. I found several screws in the carpet for several days after they left. They were respectful and tried to do a good job. In the end I wished I had just done it myself.

The installation team was really great. They took the time to center the tv vertically and horizontally. They also gave me an overview of the remote and how the tv worked which I really appreciated since it was my first smart tv purchase.

The agent, Chris, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation was expertly and efficiently done; he programmed all the remotes, and even hooked up my sound bar. He arrived on time, and cleaned up the site before he left. I am happy with the installation.

The two young Geek Squad guys who installed my back porch television and mounting did a superb job. They were knowledgable, smart, and worked quickly.

South Shore Geek Squad is the BEST. Doug and Matt are knowledgeable, respectful, and considerate and they know everything about the product they're installing. We always feel comfortable when Doug or the Geek Squad are scheduled for in-home installation.

A much better experience - the system was initially installed by a 3rd party that Best Buy contracted out to - it took them three months to install and then was done incorrectly. We had toreschedule and this time the Geek Squad came out to install and did a great job.

My home tv mount and setup was amazing. The crew was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this service and will use again down the road.

TV was mounted well and in a timely manner. Only complaint was when I checked back after the tech left there was sheetrock dust on the floor where the tech had drilled the mounting holes. On tv's I had previously mounted by geek squad the technicians vacuumed up their mess when they were done.

Geek squad was very professional and informative with tv mounting , you can tell they are trained by the best I definitely will be using there services in the future.

I had a 50 inch tv mounted in the fellowship hall of my church for a game night that we had planned that evening. They sent two people and both were very professional. They mounted the tv very quickly and made sure that everything was in good working order. They were only here about 30 minutes and showed up on time. Everything works great!

They were unable to mount the first visit due to structural issues and the mount I purchased. They did recommend one. But they didn't have it on the truck (thankfully, cause itcwas 350.00). I purchased a different type and rescheduled my install. Everything went pretty smooth.

I’m well versed in having mildly expensive, slightly awkward items delivered to my home. I have had mostly bad, nightmarish experiences with these deliveries. I have to say that the Best Buy Geek Squad is definitely the way to go! The team of JUJU and Angel are excellent at what they do, almost surgical with their technical expertise as well as being wickedly personable. If you’re looking for something that is expensive and awkward to purchase from Best Buy requests these two and pay the small price to have peace of mind that comes with 0% worry!

The guys did a fabulous job setting up the TV. They made sure I understood how to get the best picture and sound out of this TV with my Denon and surround system. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and was very careful while installing my new TV.

Matt and Chris were great. They came in and looked at the existing system and mounts, along with 3 different ways to approach adding the sound bar. Once I chose they were careful, thorough in getting everything up and running. They went over the equipment and how to use it.

Michael and his team mate was on time and took the time to make sure our tv was installed in right placement and engaged us in process and gave us instructions on how to work tv and they setup in less than 1 hour. I am very please with work and they definitely deserved a tip. Give them a chance !

We had two TVs set up and mounted, a new 65-inch and an existing 40-inch. The Geek Squad agent called a few days before to confirm the appointment. Two agents showed up with the new TV and mounted both of them exactly as we wanted them. They also set up the new TV and answered our questions.
