This installation was perfect for me. It happened on time, the techs were very prepared and professional, and they used all of the COVID guidelines at all times. I liked the shoe booties also. They were a great crew, and I will use them for all such installations in the future.

The Geek Squad that installed my TV did an excellent job. They arrived on time, wore masks and gloves and were very professional. They answered my questions and helped me to understand the workings of my TV. I would highly recommend them. THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD, YOU ROCK!!!

Arrived on time and went right to work installing. Hooked up existing surround sound, DVD player and programed remotes to operate. Took the time to explain the use of and asked if any questions.

The techs that come to our house and hung our TV's where awesome. They got to our house at 4pm and didn't finish until the job was done around 11pm. I will not use any other service because BestBuy stand behind all there products. They hire only the most professional people and most of all they are true subject matter experts.

Arrived on time. He knew what he was doing. He removed my old tv and mount, installed the new mount and hung the tv. He knew how to set it up with my direct tv box and programed the remote. Well worth the money to have him do the install.

The agents were on time and very knowledgeable on mounting the large T.V. Plesant and explained everything to us before leaving. Clean ,respectful and perfomed the. mounting in little time !

They were maybe the most helpful service people I have experienced. They arrived on time and quickly went to work setting up the TV and the sound bar.

Installed wall, Tv mounted, devices connected, remotes programmed. Reviewed setup and what I needed to add to get my older home theater equipment to work with the new tv. In and out in less than 30-40 minutes. COVID precautions followed. Wish they had hid the cords...
