The 55" and Below TV Connect & Mount service provided by our TotalTech membership was a valuable add-on to our TV installation process. We upgraded our GeekSquad service to TotalTech in July and have enjoyed the benefits. A recent TotalTech repair and several calls for help have received quick, professional, friendly service. Now our TV installation went totally according to plan and I am sure that our agent provided additional services not specifically provided under the plans. He provided us with explanations of our options and showed us different possibilities. He listened to our questions and provided responses at a level that we (technologically challenged) could clearly understand.

The agent called me the day before and 45 minutes before coming. He put covers on his shoes to ensure my floors stayed clean, got my input in where to place the TV, and was super friendly. He did an excellent job overall!

He was on time, efficient and explained everything very well. My questions were answered and I couldn't ask for more!

These two young men were so careful and professional !! When they drilled the holes into my wall studs, one of them held the vacuum under the drill so collect the debris from falling to the floor. NO ONE does that these days !! So Impressed !!

THe install guys were great. The replaced an existing wall 70”!mounted TV, hooked up the sound bar, connected our WiFi and hauled away the old TV for only $50 with Total a Tech Support. This is the third TV I had Best Buy wall mount. All went very smoothly.

The gentlemen arrived on time, and both had on mask and footies. Each was very friendly and knowledgeable in the operation of mounting my TV. Asked my opinion in how and where I best want my TV but also gave good advice on this also. Then when completing the task, cleaned up afterwards.

After a few glitches regarding the level of the TV all was installed to my satisfaction. When I asked for a revisit to fix the problem it was handled quickly and efficiently. I have total confidence in the abilities of the Geek Squad!!

The Geek Squad service man has done a great job of installing the mount along with the TV. He must have done thine numerous times since the whole process took less than 45 minutes. I couldn't do a better job. I am glad to include the installation service with the new TV. Strongly recommended.

I am glad I used Geek service otherwise I had real problem to handle or install 65” TV on wall. Geek service is professional, knowledgeable, and care about customer.

We've never had a wall mounted tv before but now that we have one, we won't go back to having one on a tv stand. The Geek Squad who installed the tv really knew their craft and did a very professional job mounting it.

The TV was mounted quickly and efficiently. The Squad knew exactly how to do it. They worked as a team and move products in and out of the house. They answered any questions we had. They showed us how to use the remote. We will always refer to the team.

Got right to work, let us know about any potential issues and made sure to check with us on placement etc. had us take a look and make sure we were ok with everything once they were finished. Cleaned up after themselves and left everything as it was. Great job!!
