 it was a great experience, a flawless install super easy quick. They brought four guys to get it in right. Couldn’t be happier.

Shawn couldn't have been more professional. I had originally purchased the swivel mount, but upon his arrival he found it couldn't be used on my steel-stud walls. Had a fixed mount one in his truck and installed it, mounted the TV, made sure it was programmed (re-connected my Wii even) and cleaned up COMPLETELY!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Geek Squad.

The agents were able to arrive early, and they called ahead to see if that was OK. They did a fantastic job mounting the TV and they also did a great job on the clean up. You could not tell that any work was done in the room.

The Geek Squad is the only way to go. They came in took my old TV away and mounted the new one (which we love !) They went through all the necessary tools that made me feel comfortable with all the new set up.

My son Patrick said the installers were awesome and did a beautiful job. Geek Squad is always topnotch.

The two installers worked quickly and were within pickup window. There was some miscommunication as we were told they were able to hide the cables in the wall and they told us that they were not. Also, it would be nice to have show covers to not track dirt throughout the house, but installation went fine.

Having the Geek Squad mount and set-up a TV is always money well spent. I've always been pleased with this service and once again it was quick and well done.

Geek squad carefully installed my new 60 inch TV on my wall and it looks great the serviceman was patient in setting it up for me to begin using it fairly comfortably right away. There is no way I could have hung it myself.

The technicians were very prompt in communicating and being on time. Even though me and my wife was busy with working from home and home schooling of our son. They did an incredible job of getting the installation perfectly and completing it faster than we expected.

I wish that I remembered the names of the gentlemen that did the instillation! They were both so sweet and made sure that they did the instillation exactly where I wanted it. Masks and shoe booties were warn without request! The whole thing only took about 30 minutes!

Best Buy installed our wall mounts quickly and easily. The mounts are securely in place and the techs were very polite and cleaned up behind themselves. I thought the price was a bit much for the minimal time involved, but they did something I was unable to do. A good, but pricey, service when you have no alternative.

Installers were on time and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. This added benefit to the Totaltech Membership practically makes the membership pay for itself.

The Geek Squad installed a wall mount, in wall hidden cabling and my LG TV. They returned later to replace the 65" tv I had bought with a larger one, when I decided to upgrade. Both experiences were excellent! The Geek Squad members were friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and exceeded my expectations.
