The Geek Squad installed a wall mount, in wall hidden cabling and my LG TV. They returned later to replace the 65" tv I had bought with a larger one, when I decided to upgrade. Both experiences were excellent! The Geek Squad members were friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and exceeded my expectations.

We are very happy with the team that came out, mounted and hooked up our TV. They were very courteous, mindful and masked up. Worked together seamlessly and cleaned and hauled away everything upon finishing their installation! We would highly recommend geek squad.

The agents were very professional and helpful with questions that I had. They programmed my remote so I’m only using one remote. I learn something each time when the Geek Squad comes to my house to set up any equipment that I have purchased.

We had purchased a 75" TV that I had originally installed and after setting it up realized it was defective. I set up an appointment to have the TV replaced. The Geek Squad came in, took the defective TV down, replaced it with the new TV. They were professional, neat, and quick.

Zak and the other tech, sorry don’t remember his name, were awesome. Customer service was outstanding, professional and very pleasant. In a world where employees are hard to find, these guys exceed all expectations!

Outstanding job! They installed my 75" set on my old brick fireplace, and it is solid. They offered to show me how to use the remote, and when I mentioned that he was unexpectedly familiar with this particular TV brand and model, he told me he watched a YouTube video the night before so he'd know how to work it. So he could show me! That level of service is almost unheard of these days, and it gives me confidence that their attention to detail was well worth my money.

The installers that mounted my television went above and beyond!!! They fitted the TV perfectly, even though they had to modify the mount to make it work. They also relocated my wires in the wall after I had to move the mount.

the agents came over on time and installed the tv mounting brackets, tv, and connected it all up to use with my playstation, wireless internet etc....all to use from just one remote. they also installed the stereo system that i bought from them as well at the same time. it has been great.

They were excellent! Mitch and his associate arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, asked if we had any questions, and did an outstanding job mounting, installing and testing both the TV and sound system. Mitch stayed around to show us how everything works and gave us his card in case we had any questions later. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful!!!

having geek squad make an in home visit to mount our new tv perfectly is the only way to go. this particular tv did get have a lot of components hooked up to it so installation was relatively simple but even so, i would not hesitate to use the geek squad again.

I have owned this tv for a while now and have been hesitant about having it mounted to the wall. I am so glad I finally went though with it. The store associate was helpful and informative by assisting me with choosing the best mount for me. The installers came on time and installed the mount and tv rather quickly.

The agents mounted the TV, reviewed the operation and even helped us with a computer setup to connect to the TV. These guys were outstanding, friendly and super efficient. Highly recommended.

Brian Downey and his partner came to my home to fit a large screen TV to my wall plus set up the TV and my new sound bar. I was very impressed by their knowledge of the equipment, and completed the job in a minimum of time. Both men were respectful and clean, no mess left behind. Both of your men are fine embassadors for Best Buy.

The third party agent did a good job mounting and connecting our TV to other appliances. Although we had an issue with the installations days after, geek squad was proactive to send an equally nice and more experienced agent to fix it for us.

I am not sure if we're able to give the names of the agents that installed my equipment, however Sean Harden representing the Bridgeton store location in St Louis did an exceptional job installing my TV, sound bar and helping to cut the wires away in a very excellent manner. Both technicians paid attention to detail for very neat, professional and knowledgeable about their duties. They went beyond the Call of Duty and making sure I was extremely satisfied and that I was getting the best bang for the buck. They recommended services but also explain how I could benefit from those services and why it made sense for me to employ those Services all the while leaving it up to me to make the decision. I felt no pressure from them and I will gladly invite them back to complete any other work for me and suggest you do the same
