Harold and Kadishea did an outstanding installation on our new 85 inch Sony TV. They were very professional, timely efficient and helpful. Their recommendations were well taken and utilized giving us the optimal viewing environment! We have immensely enjoyed movies and sports (including the Super Bowl) even more than before. They are a great Greek Squad Team, highly recommended!!

The agents installed my TV on the wall and it’s working out very well.

I put a request to mount our TV weeks ahead of time. When the day came to finally mount our 85 inch TV, the company Best Buy worked with refused to mount it since they only had one worker, they said they’d call me back to reschedule and never did. So I called after day three of waiting and Best Buy says they can’t get anyone else out for another 2.5 weeks. The day finally arrived to mount our TV again. The same guy I had talked to about our previous shows up again ALONE! This was the same reason they rescheduled on us last time. We wait over an hour for someone to arrive to help him mount the TV. When they turn it on, a huge crack is revealed in the screen. When I ask them what happened, they shrug their shoulders and say there is nothing they can do. I’ve called Best Buy five separate times since the failed installation and get a different answer each time about my replacement TV. They now say it is out of stock and have no answer about when my new TV will arrive. So am I waiting weeks? Months? No TV.. just waiting for this company to get their act together? Horrible customer service. I do NOT recommend.

The agents were awesome and mounted an 83 inch tv with no issues! No damage to the wall, clean cut install. Literally no issues, very happy.

There were 2 installers and one guy watching and going over how everything worked. He even fixed an issue with my other tv remote. I’m fairly pickie and hard to please, but these guys actually wowed me. Everything went well, tv hung precisely, cleanup and box plus trash removed. Even wore shoe covers.

Two techs. They clearly had done this a bunch of times in, mounted and out, plus the sound bar with sub woofer in lass than an hour. 65 inch looks great works great sounds great.

Professional installation, worth every penny. The help me not make a mistake on the mount being used. They replace the mount I puchase to give me the nest mount for my wall and TV.

We are extremely happy with Darius and Steve. They came in installed the TV and Sound Bar very quickly. Showed us how to work the remote answered all our questions and did an amazing job of cleaning up.

If you’re on the fence, trust me… Total Tech is worth the money!!!! Do not second guess the decision to get this service, it will save you unnecessary headaches and money! These techs are professional, knowledgeable, work quickly, clean up after themselves, are always on time, and the list goes on! When a neighbor told me what he paid someone to hang just one TV, I realized that was less than the price I paid for a service that includes one year of services and deep discounts for more difficult or custom jobs!

Geek staff assisted to mount my tv plus cable concealed. Shoutout to one of the Geek staff Collin he is very professional and so experienced he even updated me on real time of arrival. The techs did a great job with the TV Mount. I would give them 5 starts if it wasn't for them reconnecting my electrical/cable plate back to the wall after running an addiotnal cable.

Excellent service from knowledgeable professionals, much better than doing it yourself, plus the Total membership made it a no brainer. I was moving, and the Tv installation was one less thing I had to worry about thanks to Best Buy. The 85” Tv I bought from them is beautiful, and just the right size for my living room. The installers even went over setup and provided some tips for operation. Very happy with their Geek Squad service.
