The service was fantastic, my mount is great. BB has done a great job training these guys, when they come out the give me advice and we look at all angles for the TV and we make the best decision possible. They protect everything including my carpet and clean up very well.

One agent came on time. He made sure to show us where and how he would mount our TV. He was courteous and communicative. He cleaned up after himself and left. Happy customer.

The two installers showed up on time with everything they needed. They were mindful of social distancing and very skilled at what they do. The new mounting bracket for the TV was installed quickly and correctly. Well worth the investment.

We weren’t exactly sure where we should mount the TV on the wall, so Geek Squad took the time to help us measure and try different spots, until we found the one that worked. They were very knowledgeable and their expertise helped make the installation run smoothly.

I had two TVs mounted simultaneously, and the Geek Squad agents worked fast and made it look easy. In what would have taken my husband a good 4-5 hours, the two agents were in and out in less than 1. Highly recommend Geek Squad for all of your home theater needs!

Geek squad came and quickly installed TV. Tech ided some problems with my cable wire and i was abled to get carrier to come out and replace. Only suggestion is for tech to spend a few extra mins reviewing the working for people like me who are not computer savy.

The two gentlemen that came to my house to mount the hardware and 75 inch TV in my Family Room were very courteous and professional. They helped move the furniture back, hooked everything up and were very fast. Very happy with this service!!!

The patience and professionalism- knowledge of the TV features and settings and remote uses- which were incredibly important as the customer needed simplified use and set up! The level of service exceeded expectations for the customer and his family who purchased the tv and install remotely as a gift.
