Excellent work. Helped me understand how to use my television. Work was completed quickly and neatly. Results were great.

The service was great. The tech did a great job of installation and explaining how everything worked. He was thorough and answered questions, but didn't treat us like children.

Good service and good price. If you need to cut holes in wall to run wiring or add electrical outlets they cant do that but we were satisfied for the price.

The installers came on time, and worked professionally. I had the TV and mount already. They put the mount on the wall, and gave me good suggestions on the level it should be at. They mounted the TV on it, set it up, worked with my wifi, and took away the packaging, all very well thought out. I would do this again.

Great TV, great service by BestBuy & Geek Squad as well. Highly recommend! We purchased an 85" Sony, 55" sony, (3) 43" Sony, JBL 9.1 Soundbar, wall mount brackets for our newly finished basement with theater, multiroom sound system and absolutely love it!

Andrew and the other young man did and excellent job mounting and setting up the television. They were kind, couteous and they did and excellent job. Thank you guys.

The delivery guys did a great job removing my old tv and re-using my bracket. The had the new one up very quickly and got everything hooked up and running!!! They were also patient with my questions!

The Medford, OR, in store geek squad installed two smart tvs, (one inside wall wiring), sound bar, blue ray dvd player in our home and instructed us on how to use them. They were all awesome and professional. Go Medford Geek Squad!!!

Two different Geek Squads came to our home to install TVs. Both squads were very professional, explaining everything they were doing and instructing us on all the steps we needed to follow to use the tv properly. They cleaned up all the packing materials and their tools and even vacuumed the carpet before they left!

The team arrived, asked questions, took measurements, installed TV mount and mounted TV, explained the use of the remote and made sure I could access the main apps. They cleaned up and were gone in 45 minutes. First class operation. BRAVO!!!

Sorry it took so long to get to this service; we have forgotten the names of the two outstanding men that were sent to assist us in setting up our new TV set. Knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt in their service . . . we could not have asked for better service. P & P

Recently purchased a 4K TV and wanted it mounted on a cinder block wall in our downstairs living room. This was a task too big for me to tackle. Best Buy Geek Squad came in and were extremely professional, explained what they were going to do, and most importantly...cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with this service!

Jose and his helper were outstanding, polite & great. would highly recommend. They installed a wall mount and 75" t,v, even had "spare" parts (to purchase) in case we did not have everything, so they could do in 1 trip!
