The Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting my television. They were courteous and took all the time needed to install everything properly.

We purchsed our TVs in Watertown, MA but had them delivered to our APt in Florida and was installed with the Geek squad. The Tech was knowledgeable and did a great job

Delivery and set up went great. They were in and out mounting The 75" Samsung Frame TV within an hour which by myself would have taken me probably 5 hours and probably a broken TV or wall. I normally try to do/install things on my own but I knew I would have needed the proper drywall screws to accommodate such a large, heavy TV and I likely didn't have the right hardware to do so. Also I didn't want to risk trying to purchase the TV in store and try to fit it into my SUV. Since I was already getting delivery it just seemed practical to have them install too. So it was totally worth the cost. They were professional and were also mindful of my floors, walls, and furniture.

The agents removed old tv and replaced with new one and completely set up all the technology associated with it. They were knowledgeable and most pleasant as they performed the task of installation.

The Second Geek Squad remounted the TV correctly and did an excellent job of getting the sound bar placed, adjusted, connected to the TV. They were courteous, friendly and professional!

Even though the geek squad mounted my TV quickly they stayed around to make sure I understood how to operate all the features on the unit.

Have a new wall mount available may need extra screws or larger mount

Geek Squad members did an excellent job evaluating which wall worked best for mounting the TV and utilizing the kit to hide the wires.

The mounting was for an 85-inch TV, so there were 4 tech's who came out for the installation. They were all very professional and did the work quickly. I won't hesitate to use Geek Squad again.

The Geek Squad delivery and mounting of my new TV was great. Very quick and done correctly. I have a Geek Squad membership so it cost just $25. I'm getting older and no longer have a strong kid around to help. So why risk damage swapping out TVs when it cost just $25.

Very happy that the agents installed my 65 inch tv instead of me doing it. John had it up in no time, cleaned up and showed us how everything worked before he left. He took his time and answered all our questions and made sure we understood before he left.

They did an excellent job installing our TV mount on the wall. It didn't take long at all and it was all complete. Would recommend them for others to use them!

One person from Geek Squad came out and installed the TV Mount and TV. She is a great job. She was very thorough and pleasant and answered all our questions and installed anything that needed installed.
