The service technicians that installed my tv and soundbar did an outstanding job. They were very professional and guided me through the entire setup process.

I had the Geek squad wall mount a new 65" LG with a Sonos Beam sound bar. They did a great job and were very efficient. I had a follow up question the next day with one of the squad members. He walked me through the solution and all was working in a few minutes. The Geek Squad is worth the the money for the services.

The Geek Squad was great! They delivered, unpacked and mounted my new 75 in TV in a very short time. They were neat, courteous, nice and very professional. After set-up, they showed me how to operate my new system.

The 2 person team showed up exactly on time. They worked so smoothly together - making the time most efficient. They asked my input on height, tilt, programming - and in an hour did what I know I could never do. They hauled away all debris and left a TV working exactly as I wanted. You won't be sorry you used this service.

The installation for two of my tvs and security system has been top notch with my total tech membership. One tv we couldnt use the mount that came with it due to the set up of my wall ,but they were kind enough to hang it on the existing swivel mount that i had in place. Also , i had an issue with my nest doorbell and they were prompt to schedule me and follow up with phone calls. Fortunately, i didnt need them to come out to service the doorbell as I fixed it ahead of time. Definitely recommend geek squad.

The agent did a great install and assisted w getting tv channels to be visible which we could not figure out. Very nice guy and efficient!

After setting up delivery and installation online three times and having no one show up, finally on the fourth try the Geek squad finally arrived and set up the new TV, but they failed to instruct my husband on use of the remote. He needed me to guide him for weeks. Bummer!

They were incredibly efficient. They were supposed to come with two TVs, but the warehouse only gave them one. It wasn't their fault, so I won't penalize them for the warehouse's fault.

The Geek Squad Technicians installed my TVs, programmed and personalized stations with operational demonstrations to the satisfaction of the customer. They offered to pick up all the empty TV boxes left by the sublet Geek Squad contractor, at the initial TV installation.

This was a third party set up…he was awesome! He was so quick to install the arm and TV and helped to even set the TV (Roku) up once it was installed. Super nice.

In order to put the television where I had planned, they would have had to drill some new holes and rewire some things. They were very patient as I tried to decide whether to find a new location for the television and even offered to come back the next day so I could have time to think about it. They were very helpful, patient and kind!
