If I could give ZERO stars, I totally would. 1. When I called to purchase and setup a mounting appointment, I was very specific in stating that my TV was 77 inches, going in drywall above the fireplace. I mentioned several times that I wanted the cords hidden behind the wall. The lady said ‘no problem’, the service includes hiding the cords. She emails me the receipt and I immediately tell her that the size of the tv she selected is wrong; she selected 55 inch and under when she should have selected over 65 inches. She tells me it doesn’t matter because they’re all the same price, so I just go along with it… 2. Appointment day is here. The window of service says between 7am-7pm. I haven’t heard anything from them all day, and when I call them at 6:50pm, they tell me they aren’t sure what happened, and that they may have to call me back in 24 hours to reschedule. I ask if they are going to compensate me for the day of work I took off as well as another day I may have to take off as well?? 3. 7:30pm rolls around and I get a call from a random number. It’s the contractor with geek squad who is supposed to be installing my tv. He’s 15 minutes away. He shows up, and he’s great! He’s kind, he explains that they are very busy due to the holiday season… I totally understand, I appreciate him putting in the OT to come and work on my home. He sees the TV and tells me the order was for a 48 inch TV, not a 77 inch TV… oh yeah, and he can’t hide the cords… WHAT??? So how am I supposed to put my electric fireplace back in the insert if the cords will be running through it? He explains to me that the lady who took my order should have told me I would need something called a power kit, and that it’s an easy installation to put that in the wall, but he doesn’t have one with him because he wasn’t given any details on scope of work I was needing. I don’t blame him, I blame the lack of attention to detail on the support staff. I essentially paid 270 bucks after taxes just to have someone come and place a few screws in my drywall and help me lift up my TV, something i could’ve done by myself in 15 minutes. Nonetheless, I was very kind to the technician at my home and slid him a tip on the side for the holidays. But I didn’t waste any time calling my bank to dispute and file a claim to get a refund for the services I did not receive.

I’m an older guy and not high tech so I relied on the Geek Squad. They exceeded my expectations.

Geek Squad Agents mounted my tv with great care and efficiency. They were also very courteous, taking time to explain what/how they had completed mounting my tv.

Our installer did an outstanding job. He was very professional and much faster than expected. He took the time to make sure he installed the TV in the exact spot we wanted. Before he left, he made sure we were fully trained.

The two installers were professional and experienced. They called before arriving, they addressed the installation professionally as well asking questions to get the desired result that I wanted. I would highly recommend using this service.

Agents carried new TV in, set-up and connected all devices and remotes. Moved old TV. Very accommodating. Appreciate that they take the hard work out of setting up a new TV.

Mitch & Dizzy were here during the promised timeframe; they were friendly, professional, and efficient. The unit was securely installed, as was the flat screen to the unit. They explained what they were doing and instructed us on how to properly adjust the mount.

Love these guys! Always do a great job and with a smile. They recently mounted a 55' tv on my lanai that has Hardy board siding. Perfecto!

TV mounted to the wall and has been great. Only problem was the installation crew locked their keys in the van. They had to wait on a locksmith and we had to purchase a stud finder since they did not have one.

But seriously, my dear husband loves to fix/install/mount/attach/build everything himself. We just bought a house and the day after closing, he had to leave for the Army. I booked the TV mounting service for above the fireplace since there was NO way I was going to risk doing this with my two small children around, but I admit, I was skeptical. It seemed silly that a "handyman service" for mounting could cost $250 plus the cost of an actual mount. Especially since the hubby could manage it for free. However, I now proudly recommend them to any and every military spouse out there, and anyone else for that matter. Justin, my Geek Squad Agent, was quick, witty, and extremely knowledgable. It was well worth the expense to have him come out and do it for us, and now our TV is perfectly centered, perfectly angled, and professionally mounted. And yes, my husband really is happy we chose them.

Was very pleased with the service, but I’ve since taken it down. No problem with the install but, it was above an outdoor fireplace and my tv was melting. No fault of geek squad. Just a bad design by my builder. All is well now.

After scheduling two weeks in advance, they were late so we had to reschedule - then for $200 all they did was screw the mount into the back of the TV - a 3 minute job for $200. WOW! Why didn't I do it myself? I was in Dallas, or I would have! I figured that for $200, they would do a good job. The new TV screw holes are higher than the old TV screw holes, but do you think that for $200 Geek Squad would mount the TV's even? Nope! The installer said he would even them out if we pay him more, but $200 should have been enough to do a good job. I wasn't going to keep throwing money away. I scheduled someone else to come and make the TV's even. (and they didn't charge $200). I will NEVER use Geek Squad again, and I'm an ElitePlus member (Over $5000 per year spent) at Best Buy. I need to find a new place to buy my TV's, tablets, phones and computers. It is sad that when someone spends over $1400 for a TV and install, and Geek Squad gives them this embarrassment! They were on time and very professional. Did a superb job with setting and mounting the t.v. on the wall. Outstanding job well done.

Was great for my 65-in Samsung Recently upgraded to 77 in and was immediately told by the installer that the TV is going to hang forward.

Technicians removed my old wall mount, installed this one and placed new TV. Flawless execution and the TV looks fantastic flush to the wall
