Jarod Heintz was my installer! He was so fast getting my 75” TV mounted and he took the time to walk me thru the set up. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as explaining all the functions the TV offered. He listened intently to any conveniences I requested from my TV and he educated me on how to access them if I wanted to make any further changes! My TV’s technology was intimidating at first but he made it very easy for me! I would be stumbling around had Jarod not been here to make it such a pleasurable and educational experience! The techs from Geek Squad mounted my TV and connected the cables, then set up my TV flawlessly. They were very professional and helpful.

The guys were fast and awesome. I had 4 TVs mounted in less than 30 minutes including them snaking my wires for one of my TVs through a wall.

Well I had 2 things done in 2 different locations. First in Hialeah Florida, wow this was a “Crew”. Awesome. Second was in Bronx, they we’re good as well. It’s just the first team awesome me. Question who can I talk to, in order to place a big complaint????
