Installer was on time, asked where we wanted TV mounted in the kitchen, brought all proper equipment, and cleaned up work area after TV was installed. Would definitely recommend Geek Squad as service was excellent. Only negative was additional (substantial) cost to mount TV wall mount on outside concrete wall.

Geeksquad has never let me down. Although I’ve unfortunately had bad luck with very high end Samsung TVs, Geeksquad has always tried to go above and beyond for me.

Antonio & his assistant were extremely professional & knowledgeable to install our new TCR 55" TV & TCR sound bar. They worked well as a team & I was very happy to have them pair up our new TV & Astound cable & then, show us exactly what we needed to know.

The guys that installed our tv were GREAT. we could have hung the tv ourselves but AFTER that the tv did not work. So grateful they installed it and documented the tv was faulty. Best Buy had another tv brought out a couple days later and the old one returned to the store. Made things easier for us!!!

Unfortunately the TV broke soon after initial installation but Dave called back with possible corrective action - to no avail. New TV brought in and now works fine. Additionally I was able to talk to the second installer (Mike), after an update changed the viewing settings on the TV. Overall I'm well satisfied with the install.

So worth it! And yes, will have them install my next TV purchase! He was amazing! Very thorough and cleaned up after himself. Literally not a speck of dust left behind! He even gave us tips on using the TV and offered some no cost streaming!

DJ and Dave did a very professional job installing our new TV. It was a very smooth job, and they explained how things worked so all we had to do was start watching. Great guys, great job.

The techs arrived on time, were knowledgeable, & cleaned up any mess from drilling. There is some feedback I would suggest, & that's to give a shorter appointment window, so customers can still do things throughout the day. 8-9 hr window is too long. Thank you.

TVs Installed without issues - staff (Jeff Folk and his team) were very pleasant, on-time, efficient, and skilled.

Setup was fast and clean. Courteous and professional. Explained and guided me through the setup of the tv and suggestions for additional upgrades when I may need them.
