The Geek Squad team was very professional in their attitude and appearance. Consulted with me on placement of my TVs and explained their decision making. Taped out where TV would be on fireplace and large walls before making holes. They were very careful with the equipment being installed and to ensure the minimal drilling of holes into walls/brick (measure twice, cut once). Wore protective covering on their feet. I had a TV that was damaged out of the box. They took care of the return/reorder and will be back out this week to install the new one. I bought the Totaltech membership and the install was at no additional cost to me. The membership is worth it if you don't want to install it yourself.

Best Buy did a awesome job at installing this TV it is massive and after finally getting my mount in they came back to put on the wall.

TV mounted to the wall and has been great. Only problem was the installation crew locked their keys in the van. They had to wait on a locksmith and we had to purchase a stud finder since they did not have one.

The geek squad team did a great job getting this installed & getting the tv put up. I've done this one time before and they did a great job then too.

With a small glitch in delivery , the team fully recovered along with management and still completed the job on the same day as scheduled. Very professional and knowledgeable group!

The Geek squad was amazing! They were so knowledgeable, explained everything well, set me up beautifully and quickly and answered all my questions!

The agents came and got my TV mounted very quickly with no issues. They helped give me an idea of where the TV would look best on the wall. It was very quick and they also showed me how the remote worked and got my sound working on my Bose speakers.

Our installer did an outstanding job. He was very professional and much faster than expected. He took the time to make sure he installed the TV in the exact spot we wanted. Before he left, he made sure we were fully trained.

The 2 installers were beyond amazing! So helpful and thoughtful! They both did a great job and answered all our questions!

Matt and Landan installed our large tv and apparently the part of the tv mount that holds it in place for you while mounting the tv was broken and they had to work extra hard but did a great job with smiles on their faces! Great job guys!

Little expensive but needed to install my new television

The agents delivered and set up my new tv and audio. They were professional, courteous, and extremely qualified. They were efficient and cleaned up to the point you could not even tell they were in the house. Outstanding service.

I thought it was excessive to charge the amount you did when all they had to do was swap out two TVs. No mounting was needed. They also tuned the harmony.

Best Buy’s Geek Squad team mounted my television in less then 1 hour. After my TV was mounted on the wall, they explained all details and left the area cleaned as if they was never there. Great job Geek Squad!
