Good initial result but then my cable box fell off the back of the TV after about a week. The lead geek squad person came back to fix and now it is difficult to change channels using the remote. Geek Squad personnel were efficient, very pleasant, and helpful but as of today the overall result is not completely satisfactory.

The geek squad technician were outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, patient with my questions, arrived on time, and respected my home.

The mounting bracket will hold up to a 90 inch TV. It does take two people to mount a TV. The bracket works fine. However, it would be better if it extended a few more inches from the wall. This would give you better access to the cabling on the back of the TV without having to remove the TV from the bracket.

We purchased a soundbar for our large screen tv and decided to use the Best Buy Geek Squad to take down our tv, install the soundbar, and then re-mount our large tv. They arrived on time as scheduled and were very polite and did a great job. We were very impressed and glad we hired this service.

Geek squad provided ample notice on scheduled arrival time and came fully prepared to complete install. Job was done cleanly with no issues what so ever. Tech took time after install to walk us thru the new TV settings, etc. overall great job.

I had an excellent experience with technician Andrew Buenaventura at the Stockton Best Buy. Andrew installed and mounted a 55 inch TV . He was on time for his appointment and able to answer all questions. However not so great with the in store clerk she sold me the wrong TV mount.

Everything went great except when they 1st got there. They tried to use a dolly to push the eighty three inch t v over rough stamp driveway Took some firm language to get them to carry it to the front door short distance

Agents removed old tv and mounted the new. Best service ever. Was part of the reason we purchased dishwasher from them a short time later.

The install went well. The guys were friendly and professional. The internet at the nursing home was not the best and we should have known that before the purchase, even with bad internet, the TV works well.

Fantastic value for the money. Easy to install and the menu guide is easy. The Samsung app built into the tv has many additional movies as well at no extra charge. You should get a soundbar. Geek squad did a great job but is pricey. If you are handy I am sure you could hang it yourself.

The pleasant men had everything connected and the trash removed in a very short time. They were professional and thorough.
