Quick and Easy installation. TV Mounting brackets were already in place so total install took about 20 mins. Geek Squad always delivers good service.

I haven't used the features Roku offers but I love the tv. Very clear picture and I look forward to using the features of the Roku part of it when I have some time.

The Geek Squad guys did an awesome job installing my 65” tv. They were on time, professional, and courteous. The cost was well worth it. They were familiar with the wall mount also from Best Buy and they knew what they were doing and finished in a timely manner.

The two gentlemen that came to my home to mount my tv and set everything up were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home! When needing a tv mounted I will refer to them everytime and will have them do another install soon

Love how professional the guys were that installed my TV. They even offered to come back and get everything lined out and in sync once I was able to get everything replaced that the lighting had messed up

I wasn't sure about mounting my TV to a natural stone fireplace, but it went up without a hitch. I'm so glad I had Geek Squad handle this for me.

He called to check that things were going to work out for the time that had been scheduled. Was very knowledgeable about the mounting we had picked out. Assured me that it was very strong, a good choice and would keep the set safe, along with it being mobile enough for ease in adjustments for viewing.

Shawn our Geek Squad agent did a great job. He called me before hand to make sure what I needed and brought with him a different mounting bracket just in case which was good since one I had purchased from calling in order was totally WRONG!!! Great job
