I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of an 85 inch TV with a sound bar installation. The installation was a nightmare as the TV was crooked and the sound bar was not properly mounted nor the remote worked. The picture quality is great but the crooked installation ruins the viewing experience. The service quality is also subpar, after many holes drilled in my new walls and I expected better from geek Squad agents. Overall, the installation experience and mediocre customer service quality has left me feeling disappointed with my purchase.

Unfortunately the screen didn’t work on first TV, since the store was 5 mins away he was able to go back to the store and get another TV for me! I will be using him again for my next order TV for my bedroom! Thank you Brad for everything!

I am really happy with the e.g. that mount my tv they did a great job.

Phillip & Andrew were a good team. They measured and installed the in-wall speakers, pulled all of the cables, and routed then to the AVR. Lastly, they did a really clean tie-up of all of the cables. They were equally effective with installing the TV mount and hanging the TV, a 77" Sony Bravia. This is not easy, especially in existing construction. They were well organized and communicated professionally. And the end result is terrific. I look forward to having the two of then back for our additional TV purchase and installation.

These guys unpacked the 83” tv, installed the mount, installed the tv and sound bar, and set up the controls and cable. Then they cleaned up everything, put the furniture back and took all the packaging away. They also explained how it all worked. Courteous, friendly, fast, knowledgeable and would highly recommend them. If you are getting a large, thin, heavy tv, it’s worth the cost to have it installed.

Two techs. They clearly had done this a bunch of times in, mounted and out, plus the sound bar with sub woofer in lass than an hour. 65 inch looks great works great sounds great.

The Geek Squad did a fab job on the installation with existing wall bracket.

The installers did a great job of mounting the tv. Not happy that they recommended putting an outlet behind the tv as it was unnecessary. I didn’t realize it was unnecessary until I went to install the sound bar. The hdmi cable would have been better concealed going directly from tv to sound bar. I still need to connect the cord to the surge protector. The tv cord would have reached the surge protector without the need of th outlet. I’m still going to conceal the wires with some plants or something.

The agents were timely, expedient, knowledgeable with a tutorial and cleaned up afterwards.

Quick easy and no problem. Great service highly recommend..Go Geek your's and be happy like me. Had to buy a different mount which they had on hand.

The agents mounted my 65 inch tv and connected it to all my devices. I am really pleased with there service and appreciate everything they did!

Bang up job mounting my new Frame TV. The guys were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

They did a great job installing our TV. Very safe practices during COVID. They should have sent 2 people. Impossible for one to hang himself. We had to assist.

Tech’s mounted the tv, made sure it was level and connected! They were fast, efficient, courteous and tech’s worked well together!
