Geek Squad gentlemen were professional

They worked efficiently and were done in under twenty minutes. We valued their hard work and professionalism.

Great Geek Squad installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These guys unpacked the 83” tv, installed the mount, installed the tv and sound bar, and set up the controls and cable. Then they cleaned up everything, put the furniture back and took all the packaging away. They also explained how it all worked. Courteous, friendly, fast, knowledgeable and would highly recommend them. If you are getting a large, thin, heavy tv, it’s worth the cost to have it installed.

Geek Squad unacceptable experience and professiona

The installation was a nightmare as the TV was crooked and the sound bar was not properly mounted nor the remote worked. The picture quality is great but the crooked installation ruins the viewing experience. The service quality is also subpar, after many holes drilled in my new walls and I expected better from geek Squad agents. Overall, the installation experience and mediocre customer service quality has left me feeling disappointed with my purchase.
