The two gentlemen from Geek Squad called ahead, were on time, and did a very professional job. Very friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. The cost was somewhat higher than I had hoped, but in the end, the job was done right and it was not something I wanted to have to do. So it's OK.

I could not mount an 82" by myself so I called the Geek Squad. Initially set up over the fireplace, large TV, mistake on my part. I called them back and they placed it over the wall in the keeping room, no questions asked. Total Tech Support member, I will definitely renew.

The agents that mounted the tv were excellent. They made sure everything was working properly before they left and answered all questions.

the agent that mounted and serviced my new TV performed all service skillfully and was able to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond what I expected in testing to make sure my internet connection was stable and sufficient for the location of the TV. He measured carefully to be sure the TV would fit on the existing mount without drilling additional holes in the wall. He set up my cable box to the TV and waited until everything was working properly and instructed me in accessing all the features of the new TV.

I can't believe how good, and nice Geek Squad are. They came and mounted my TV in no time! They did a wonderful job! my TV is very sturdy. I totally trust them and will continue to use them. THANK YOU on a job well done! I will pass on my experience to everyone who needs this done

Had the Geek Squad replace and install a new large screen TV. Showed up on time and quickly did the work. Programmed the remote and hauled out the old TV and boxes. Quick and easy !

They delivered and set up all my stuff incljding installing my mount and made sure Ll my work stuff was even connected back up!

The team member was at my house at the agreed upon time. He was able to install the tv exactly how we wanted it, and it was quick. Much faster than I would have expected. He then walked me through the operation of the tv to make sure it worked as expected.

Purchased a 75' TV with this mount and had it installed the very next morning. The person was a third party paid person and the ordered showed to only set up TV on stand but he was really nice and professional an started mounting the TV while we waiting to talk to customer service to correct job order. Would definitely recommend Josh Simon from Viasat.

Besides installing the TV on thecwall, they set it up to optimize the conditions in the room.

The agents arrived on time and quickly had my TV and devices mounted correctly. They left my equipment cleaner than when they arrived! Highly recommended, worth not having the headache of doing it yourself. You can tell the TV was professionally mounted, it looks great.
