Great job on the installation of my 65" TV! The installers were very professional!

Working with the Best Buy Agents has always been a great experience, knowledgeable, proactive, solution oriented. The agents that helped me with my tv installation made a special trip back to make sure everything was working, they were excellent!

The Geek Squad arrived during the appointment time window which was given. They gave me several options for mounting my TV in the corner and connected all of my devices.

Very good and quick with the TV mounting installation. They mounted my 77 in LG C1. They made sure to ask the viewing level of where I wanted the TV to be, and they cleaned up after. They also help with the setup, including connecting one device and the TV to my home network.

The gentlemen that came to set up our television were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I would highly recommend using this service for anyone who may wonder if it's worth it. It was!

Amazing service. The guys that came to my home were so respectful. They were friendly, generous, funny, and worked so casually and carefully to mount my new tv. He even swept up the little white styrofoam when they were done!

They did a great job and left everything cleaner than they found it. Ezra was very communicative before he came out and during the whole process to make sure I was satisfied. Patiently went through options and recommendations with me. They ran cabling in the wall and mounted the TV and soundbar. Recommended I run an extra HDMI in the wall while they were there for future use in case I wanted to hook something else up. Low and behold 2 weeks later I needed it and was sooo glad it was already there and easy peasy.

One agent came on time. He made sure to show us where and how he would mount our TV. He was courteous and communicative. He cleaned up after himself and left. Happy customer.

The techs were fabulous and provided suggestions for additional products and services. The suggestions on how to mount our tv were welcomed, also! We would have made a mistake had we not discussed the options.

The installer was great. He did it quickly and as quietly as possible as I worked from home. Once completed, he explained all the in's and out's of my TV and soundbar. I had a small issue and he came right back to fix it.

Technicians were prompt, professional and courteous. Actually showed up early and finished the job in less than 45 minutes. Before they left they cleaned up, took all the packing materials and then reviewed how to use the product.

The agents that came out were promptly on time, Polite, and friendly. Their installation of my mounting bracket and TV were seamless end to end. I would recommend Best Buy’s geek squad it’s worth it!

The mounting we chose to hold our 43” tv is perfect . It allowed us to mount the TV in the corner of our new sunroom..The Geek Squad got the mount and TV up and going in no time.. no fuss … no muss . Grateful Homeowners here!

The "Geeks" were great. They started to work as soon as they arrived and got both TVs up and working within an hour. Personable, knowledgeable and polite.

Excellent service. I have had 3 televisions mounted in the past 2 months. Two Tilt TV Wall Mounts and one Full-Motion TV Wall Mount. The installers showed up on time and worked efficiently. They where in and out in about 2 hours. So far so good!!
