The techs were fantastic! They were knowledgeable and quick. And the mounting suggestions were spot on.

Multiple appointments had to be rescheduled on geek squads behalf and mounting did not take place until a month later. However the technician that came to mount was on time and very efficient. Got everything all set up and cleaned and less than an hour.

They came out and did a awesome job mounting my t.v. Great guys and really nice. Would do again.

I was moving, and the Tv installation was one less thing I had to worry about thanks to Best Buy. The 85” Tv I bought from them is beautiful, and just the right size for my living room. The installers even went over setup and provided some tips for operation. Very happy with their Geek Squad service.

Have you ever seen in NASCAR how the tire crews switch new tires for the race cars extremely fast? Well, that's how it felt when Geek Squad mounted my 65" LG C1 OLED and I highly recommend. Not only did the service take less than 10 minutes, but they were very careful. They measured the entire length of my wall, and perfectly centered the TV as I requested. They also gave me advice on the height I would want the TV to be. I ultimately went with their advice. It's perfect. They took all the trash and boxes too.

Geek squad Installed it in a tight fitting space that required a mount like this that can center the TV AFTER the base has been attached to the wall. Perfectly done.

Geek squad came on time and mounted the TV up no problem. They were up front with what is included. Be aware that Best Buy has now added different levels of installation. Try to hand the guys a tip and they refused as they are not allowed to receive tips.

The staff were very professional and took care to clean up, aligned, and set up all hardware to tv. I wish I had used these installation services sooner. Takes all the hard guessing out of setup

Yes all connections were done right ,and I am very happy with my new smart tv.The color is perfect,brightness. But the very best part is I no longer have a hue monthly BILL,I can’t said it enough,very happy with my smart tv.
