nightmare trying to get this installation done. Set it up in Nov. on the day of purchase to be 12/17, they no showed, didn't call. On the phone trying to get scheduled, supposed to be next day. Nope, then I went to store ...manager got things in motion!!! Got a call and she said next available would be 01/08 and she'd give me a $50 gift card for the troubles, told her that was an insult, to keep her card, I'd have to cancel whole thing...then all of a sudden I was given a slot the next Fri. These guys showed up and did a good job, came from Buffalo (telephone installation co) I'm not happy with BB for this and buying a printer that doesn't work...wanted me to pay $100 to have a geek come to house to do better work than one over the phone. called Epson, then can't fix either. Guess I'm taking that back.

These people know what they are doing and they are very professional and nice to deal with. I did NOT want my handiman messing with my wall tv installs. I needed it done perfectly and easily and that is what I got!! Since I have total tech, they did it for $50!!!! A no brainer!

agent installed my TV and mounted it in a very professional manner. He respected my time and my house. He was very clean and neat.

The two techs that mounted my television were so helpful and full of knowledge. Would definitely get there help again! Please be polite to them.

Technicians were polite, professional and knowledgeable. In addition to mounting the TV, they setup the remote and everything I had connected. Outstanding! Best money I spent!

THE 2 GUYS THAT CAME WERE WELL PREPAIRED. THEY HAD ALL THE NECESSARY TOOLS THEY NEEDED. THEY WERE QUICK TO LOCATE THE NECESSARY MOUNTING POSITIONS AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY EVEN TOOK AWAY ALL THE UNDEEDED PACKAGING. NO MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP.

The Geek Squad sent two associates to do the double task of assembling a TV stand and mounting/installing a new set. They worked together very well, were friendly throughout the tasks, and explained features of the TV before they left, answering all our questions.

They know how to hang a tv. In and out in no time. Looks great. Good job.

You purchased the Geek Squad installation of a large screen TV because you either don't want to do it yourself, can't do it yourself, or possibly a combination thereof. For me, it was both - I didn't want to nor did I want to screw up the job. This is the second time I've used Geek Squad and both have been wonderful experiences. On this job, I had the mount already purchased, opened, and laid out on the floor. I needed them to bring my TV in from the garage. There were two people...two people that if you didn't know any better you would have thought they owned the company that is how considerate, mindful, and skilled they were at what they did. What took them 25 minutes to install and mount the TV would have easily taken me hours. On top of that, they took the time to explain how it functions (tilting, moving, etc.) but also some neat little tricks on hiding cords and ideal height, etc. Without any doubt, time is money and the Geek Squad saved me a lot of both!

The Geek squad was great! On time, efficiently set up the new mounts and tv and got our sound bar sinced to the tv.

The tech team did a great job, showed up early and were very quick.

The guy who hung my tv mount was very knowledgeable and professional. He was well prepared and took measures to ensure that my 65 in. curved tv was projected throughout the installation.

The TV was mounted and up and ready in a short time frame. All involved were super nice and helpful.

The agent Jonathan did a great job installing my new television set. He set everything up and showed me features of my new set. He was extremely knowledgeable and took pride in delivering a great product and experience.

Geek Squad Agent Dale mounted my TV within a reasonable amount of time, and he also setup my printer with my desktop computer. He was very efficient.

The two gentlemen from Geek Squad did a fantastic job start to finish. They were incredibly fast and efficient, and when they left my new tv was above my fireplace, and the old tv was hanging in my office. Getting the Total Support package saved me money, too. Great job all around.

Geek squad is the best! At my age I just can't do what i used to. I had them install 2 new TV's and they did a wonderful job, very professional and in and out in a timely manner. Definetly the way to go to have it installed properly.
