Had some difficulties and Jacob from customer service took care of everything and the outcome was awesome. Never in my life had such TLC and service to become a Súper happy customer. They are awesome and all my needs for me personally or for my home will be purchased at Best buy no matter the price, it’s all about Customer Service and they have it all.

They went out of their way to do a great job. TVs were perfectly centered on walls. They were extremely courteous, polite, & knowledgeable. Great team.........

They were very professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of work plus advice we received when we had to choose a different size TV because of not enough space to fit the original size.

The guys were very friendly and electronic knowledgeable and had my old tv down and the new one up and running in less than an hour! They even took the old tv with them to recycle. I will use them again! Highly recommend.

The 2 guys that came to install the TV mount was SO NICE and knowledgeable and efficient. And I love the peace of mind knowing professionals installed it and it won’t fall down since our TV is pretty large and heavy!

Geek Squad agent polite and courteous. Installation did not take long and cleaned up area before leaving. He also took box and all packing materials tv came in. Agent hooked tv up to cable TV and showed us how to search and find channels/shows/apps.

Little expensive but needed to install my new television

Frank and Andrew were true professionals. They mounted the new Sony TV on the existing wall bracket. They plugged it in and made sure it worked. Very efficient!
