I fill they did a good job getting everything hooked up and running. There were 2 men and they both made sure I new what was going on threw the process. Thanks so much !!

The staff who installed this did a great job! The person at the store who sold it to me left out a few major pieces. Once the install team was here it required additional parts resulting in $150 on top of the install fee. This would of been nice to know up front.

The individuals who provided the service were excellent. Very prompt, professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job, and knew their stuff!

They arrived swiftly and installed the tv with ease they even proved it was on there well would call them when mounting my next tv

Geek squad tech was excellent . When he called to say he was on way, the tv hadn’t been delivered yet because they were running way behind. He made sure to be available for the next few hours. When I called him, he was here in 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite.

The agent was super nice and did a very good job in mounting my TV over the fireplace. He was in constant touch from the day before our appointment and after finishing the job took care of all the packaging and even cleaned the dust.

Communication before the day of delivery was easy. Then on the day the agents arrived on time. They were careful not scratching the TV. Mounting was quick. Highly recommended.

The TV and sound bar were installed and programmed on May 21. That afternoon the sound became distorted and I called the home theater agent. I was then told to reset the sound bar using the buttons on top. It worked for a short time, but the sound became distorted again. After repeated phone calls, and believing the sound bar was defective, it was replaced by one of your independent contractor on May 29. Again, the sound was fine for a short time. Finally, on June 11 a member of the geek squad came for the appointed in-home service call. Upon arriving he understood the problem as explained to him, used the TV remote and reset the sound. Wow, amazing how the problem was corrected within 5 minutes! Since the problem was brought to your attention on May 21 and many phone calls as well as a visit to your store, my frustration and annoyance was unbelievable. Thanks to your geek squad member who knew what he was doing, I think the problem has been resolved. Your installers and independent contractors need more training and instruction before being assigned to do these tasks.

The T V and mount were set up quickly, connected all devices and gave instructions on how to use them.

I am so beyond thrilled with my TV mount. It's great quality and you can pull it out and up and down and all around! I show it off to everyone- so glad I got this. And install was easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

Tech guys were very respectful by wearing masks, cleaning up after the installation, and returning things back to their original places. It was a quick and organized process. After installing the tv they learned that it was defective so we had to wait another week for installation. I do think they should stay a bit longer to explain things . Especially senior citizens. It wasn’t a pretty picture here after the team left as we struggled to input everything but we managed after our granddaughter came over to help. I like the fact though that we have help at our fingertips 24/7 by a phone call or chat on the computer. To me that’s important. Plus, I can get that same technical help with my other devices which is an added benefit.

The agent helped to remove the old mount and mounted the new TV at the appropriate requested height. This was done very quickly.

The guys were really great!!! After they mounted the TV they got it set up so fast. It would have taken me all day to go through all the prompts. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Definitely blew my mind , set up is top notch and looks great. And was done in no time . No wires visible and everything is even. Professional set up
