The mounting to my wall is strong and sturdy. The installers were nice and they made sure my cords were not showing or hanging out.

The agents were friendly, efficient and informative. They answered all of my questions and I’m thrilled with my new 50” television.

The TV was broken when it came out of the box. Geek Squad called me and came out same day with a new TV. Very impressed with the service. Met four different techs - they were all friendly!

I decided to hire Geek Squad to install my 65" and 32" flat screens along with the Linksys Velop Router and couldn't have been more pleased. Mike from the Geek Squad was extremely knowledgeable and installed everything quickly and flawlessly.

I didn't need the TV mounted. They placed it on the stand. They were excellent - took the time to show me how the TV worked - couldn't ask for better support

Robert and Nate did an awesome job connecting our TVs They set up an Amazon Fire Tv and did some troubleshooting on a Samsung TV that wasn’t recording to the TiVO. Very respectful and professional.

The installation of my new television was very dissatisfying. I had to point out things to the men doing the installation that should have been done correctly the first time. I found several screws in the carpet for several days after they left. They were respectful and tried to do a good job. In the end I wished I had just done it myself.

Hi, Our tv was installed by two great installers. They were friendly and wore all the proper PPE. One even hooked up our Roku so that the wiring would not show. These installers deserve a raise and extra vacation days!!! JB

This was a tricky install because it is in a tight corner & on a weird angle. The installers did a great job!

The two guys who came out from the Geek Squad to install my tv were excellent. Very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service they provided.

The team came in and set up the TV. Very professional and friendly. When they were done they took away all the boxes.

This is the third tv I’ve had installed by geek squad and as long I purchase TVs from Best Buy I’ll have them mounted by geek squad. The crew who installed my 85” Samsung were on time. Explained everything to me and treated my apartment with respect. They took extra measures to make sure I was comfortable with them in my apartment while the covid-19 pandemic continues. They made sure I was happy with the placement and explained how to fully utilize the adjustable tv mount I purchased. They made sure to setup the tv and explain the remote and features of my new 85” Samsung television. They put everything back in its place when finished and were done in a very timely manner which I appreciated. Always satisfied with Geek Squad service.

Very professional! I had already had the TV installed by someone else but decided to add a sound bar. I had Geek Squad install the sound bar only to discover the tv had not been mounted properly. I am very pleased with the results after Geek Squad fixed it!!
